We saw it in Woking, which had LOADS cut out of the original! 3 cast parts were missing and loads of the plot didn’t make sense. Felt very short changed for the price of our tickets!
Yes, me and friends saw it at Kingston last year and loved it and went to Woking also, seemed very stripped back. I understand it being changed a bit from the original but it was very stripped back and we didn't enjoy it as much. Some of the cast were very out of tune as well which didn't help.
The Tudor era officially ran from 1485 to 1603, but many 'Tudor homes' may fall outside of this range. There was a huge revival in Tudor architecture in the mid-19th Century, so many actually come from this period - these are 'Mock Tudor' homes.
You obviously haven’t been to the theatre in London lately ,videos of curtain calls are allowed now as it helps promote the show. Social Media is impossible to ignore anymore and the producers have had to accept.
