This is what makes Fallout 1 and 2 much better than 4. Even in 3 if you killed someone there would be consequences but in 2 I loved if you killed everyone in a bar or store and came back there would be a 'Closed' sign on it and people around would say this person is dead or that person is gone. In Fallout 4, you can go around guns blazing and return and no one seems to notice all their friends are dead or you were the one who killed them. There is not even a good or evil side anymore
