Hello Everyone, my name is Austen and this is my channel!
Watch my first video about how i got into pulling Magic Cards. Each video will be dedicated to certain sets and trying to pull the hit cards of those sets! I hope you enjoy the videos!
They sold out of gift bundles, but here is a decent set box price! www.gamenerdz.com/magic-the-gathering-the-lost-caverns-of-ixalan-set-booster-box-bulk-discounts?aff=369
@@bigtimepulls can’t argue the second bit, I don’t have shit for making customs but the one custom I do have is absolutely stacked. Lord of the Nazgul, Last thing I need for it is the human sol ring.
@@MrDoctour I could definitely choose a box with more packs for less money though. I just couldn’t help myself! 😂 The Human Sol Ring would be an awesome pull for that deck!
Ive never seen some of these cards. The soltari geurillas has a cool flavor. Usually black cards have shadow because theyre like dark spirits or some shit. But they have shadow because they are tactical geurilla warfighters. How cool is that?
Wow, you hit figment of erudition in marvel, that's easily the best figment! Great pull! Edit: you never flip it over and show us the angel side!!! Edit2: okay you did, thanks!
@@bigtimepulls thanks, I put almost zero thought into it and agreed to the first suggestion given to me to get it and understandable. Hitting a marvel is always exciting
Dusk till dawn is such a cool set, I have opened 3 boxes so far. The problem is that after a box or two, you have all the common cards in abundance and all the variance you want to hit is in the majestics and legendary cards.. Even the rares get old fast here. So it's expensive for that, but once you have the figments and the hero you want, and a legendary for the hero, it's good. Not a fan of the tokens being cards in this set, would feel a bit better if you could at least get the tokens in rainbow foil.
@@bigtimepulls yet despite that, for me it would still be exciting to pull a Levia redeemed. I like the lore flavor and how it translates into the transforming Demi-Hero mechanic. I never saw that type of idea in design coming and it expands so much potential for any hero to get interesting playstyles and lore. For example, I thought of a necromancer Hero, who could become undead as a demi hero or an illusionist hero that can put on some type of transformation into an illusion Demi-Hero with phantasm or some type of equivalent mechanic that can shatter the illusion. Very cool ideas in this game that, for me, sets it worlds apart from others like magic, yugioh or pokemon, pretty much any other card game out there.
@@hamsandwich6685 That’s a great point and I haven’t thought about that. I love FaB compared to the others because it’s not a lot of down town. Yes there are turns you have to think through, but typically you’re always interacting with your opponent! I can’t wait for the Heavy Hitters set to come out, hoping for some Brute/Warrior/ and maybe Guardian support!
the ancient copper dragon just seems the most versatile in many decks having a similar outcome to casting dockside extortionist, people just love making tons of treasures. That being said, its not very interesting just good in any circumstance. The ancient brass can be as good as an insurrection in the right scenario and it deserves points for that, but i have to say copper is never bad.
Ancient Copper Dragon with the new Cavern Hoard Dragon could be an insane combo. Always a bit scary to cast an ancient dragon, because of counters haha
It’s very fun, I have played it a few times with friends. You basically choose a hero who has a class. You then have equipment for the hero and different action cards for that hero.
Yea these 100% are in the common spot, I had purchased 500 commons and uncommons from booster boxes, and mixed in with my bulk was the the same type of Dwarven Sol ring, people are 100% missing these in big pull sessions
