I'd say Stefan Castle.. he's a winner he plays good defense he's big for his position shooting guard.. I know it's all just a guess at the end of the day, but I put my money on Castle as the most surefire good pick
But of course 5 years from now the 42nd pick of the draft could end up being the best player of this draft class who knows.. but either way there's a ton of talented players that are in the top 10 I think all of them have potential to be starters in the NBA but you know sometimes some of them don't work out sometimes so I'm going to get injured I would say having the number to pick would be the same thing as having the number 10 pick almost there so many good players in the top 10 that has starting potential.
LaMelo was 7-15 with the Hornets while he played and when he got injured they were like 3-26 before the deadline without him. LaMelo needs to be healthy but im not gonna sit here and act like he is a poison to the team. The team we had fucking sucked. And it needed change badly. Our team was literally NOTHING without LaMelo playing. Teams should never be that reliant on one player no matter who it is. Also him not coming back was from the medical staff, they never cleared him. It wasnt his choice. With all that said I would agree that he was a let down this year because of his injuries getting in his way again.
That’s a good call ngl. I was really hoping to get Gary Payton II in the summer when Cody was resigned. He has similar health concerns, but he provides everything that Cody is supposed to at a higher level and can defend some bigs. Thanks for watching the video, keep up the great work in your endeavors as well.
Really good knowledgeable video I’m curious who you think the hornets should draft might top 5 is sarr buzelis castle williams and richasser in no particular order like holland a lot too
Thanks for watching. I’ve never been a draft guy so I don’t know who they should pick, but I hear that this isn’t a good draft. I think that even if it was a good draft, I’d rather see them flip the pick for a veteran shooting guard, rather than drafting a high pick rookie that’s probably going to be a role player to Melo,Brandon,Miles and Mark. Also, if they got a rookie, they’d have to bring him along and go through the rookie experience. I think that the Hornets are a vet 3&D shooting guard away from making the playoffs. How would you like the pick to get used. You listed off the big names. I know you said it’s in no particular order, but is there one that you want the most? Or would you be fine with any of them?
@StinNBABreakdown in terms of fit, the best in this draft is probably Reed Sheppard, an undersized combo guard who's a great off-ball shooter. I think he fits well defensively next to a big guard like Lamelo, where he won't have to defend more jumbo guards, or have to create too much of his own offense.
we really need melo back on the court, im excited to see what the new look hornets are gonna be with fully healed melo and actual depth on the roster 💯
Same Here. I was kind of hoping to see LaMelo after the All-Star break, then they'd have around 25-30 games to see what works, heading into the offseason. Thanks for clicking on the video.
