Is that a microsoft surface? Or does it have touch screen? I had the same issue for an exec's Surface Pro 4, and disabling touch screen fixed it. Reinstalled windows didn't fix it, so it's the touch screen hardware failing. Disable it under device manager under USB touch interface that mentions surface touch screen. Done!

That happened to me when i press arrows

I had this issue, found out it was mt Xbox controller use with my pc. the right analog apparently can control the mouse cursor now and the right analog drifts down. So, my cursor kept drifting down lol. I went through so much troubleshooting just to accidently discover the real issue.

Mine is when I move the mouse from down to uo it just go to side, and if I move it back to down it goes back. How do i fix

This is a HUGE problem for me. That usually occurs when I'm playing CSGO, and such behaivor is very similiar to spin bot. I can't play CSGO because I cannot risk being VAC banned.
