Great video! I think it's good to bring up other characters that work well with the break meta rather than just the typical characters everyone talks about! Gives a lot of hope to copium accounts that are missing alot of characters!
Personally I'd go for FF but the cowboy 🤠 is very pleasing to look at, once you get past his own censorships xd Wish HSR can just give a swearing character for once
People needs to learn what powercreep is. Powercreep is when the game becomes so hard with units that becomes so broken or specific to the gale current restraints that old characters literally can't do anything. It's not happening in HSR, it's not happening in Genshin, people needs to understand that having a stronger DPS than a previous one isn't powecreep, it's called meta balance

1:17 what is happening here? Why are most of them at low hp and which sim uni buff was it that makes those green number appear after ur units attack? (Which, doesnt seem to heal?) I think im misunderstanding something
shouldnt it not matter whether its multi hit or single? lets say the boss has 30 toughness left and your st attacks does 120, wouldnt 30 be consumed to finish off the toughness and the remaining 90 go into superbreak?
You can look at any Luka or Xueyi super break showcase on the site and see that when they use their ult against an enemy that's about to be broken, if it's a single hit or the toughness damage is JUST enough, then there should not be a Super Break text pop up on the screen. Also I've used Xueyi's ult against many almost broken enemies and none of them gets the super break text
If you read the SUPER BREAK descripton in HMC, it is triggered WHEN the enemy is IN "break" or "broken" state. I'm sure this enough to answer the question
Topaz deals 60 units of break damage with every attack. The fact that her followup attack is made of 7 hits is irrelevant, it will always deal 60 toughness damage for break or super break. For super break 60 units translates to 2x multiplier and most basic attacks are 30 units which means 1x.
Also to add, the 7 hits thing is relevant if say you break the enemy on the first hit then the subsequent hits after will be contributing the Super Break DMG
Hoyoverse in the future is going to make a character that has VARIABLE Weakness Break Efficiency. Calling it! As an added comment: This is only if you REALLY want to maximize Harmony MC's potential by really planning the toughness damages from ALL OF YOUR UNITS. Just a FYI
NGL Harmony MC is boosting my Luka to the moon but his enhanced BA only triggering the Bleed DoT and not Break DMG is a lost potential. Boothill and Harmony MC are gonna be like PB and J with the toughness dmg and re-trigger the Break DMG
@@ys3606 Nope. Since Wuthering is a weather characterised by strong winds while Wave is flow/movement. So Wuthering Waves means flows/movements of powerful winds (tempest). But this is just my own and quite playful interpretation of it 😅
