Yes they can, you would just have to use a different method! Normally when I’m doing Marley twist on my individual locs I will start off braiding at the beginning to secure it and then twist the rest of the way down! I hope that helps!!❤️🫶🏾
Yes, I still really like using it!! Definitely don’t need to put so much on but it literally has my under eyes looking blurred under my makeup!! I definitely would recommend!!💕
