I'm an alcoholic to the bone man and I would polish 4 of these off from lunch to the end of my shift. The old school energy/malt was devil juice! During my time with sparks my blood pressure soared and I gained about 50 lbs. I almost died on a few of my excursions in the hood tracking down some crack. My God I'm so glad I pulled through that time in my life. I've been sober now for 17years.

we had just came to San Antonio Texas from Ca... my husband was stationed at Ft Sam Houston and i remember that day the pizza guy who came to deliver our pizza said if we heard about someone in the military being shot I think we heard it in the news... i just now got to know who this person was who murdered the military man what a shame he was going to give them his wallet with money but they instead kill him
First time I heard Art , I asked was he on radio , he has the perfect voice. He must also have a doppleganger out there with same voice, because back in the day V-103 in ATL had a late night house music show with a host named Art Terrel , he sounds just like Art !!!!😂.
Many witnesses say it was a stocky dark skinned dude that fired the kill-shot. And not a single person at the ballroom said they saw him and Butler :who were pretty well known lieutenants. Also it was a charged climate at the time and lot of the NOI enforcers hated Malcolm. Both of them wouldn’t have made it past the ballroom door if they showed up. I believe him. Butler just got exonerated in 2021. Islam died not long after this interview. Life is a b* man
What I don't understand is ..... The crash doesn't seem all that serious, & the impact was on the opposite side of the car from the drivers seat. ...Plus it was a heavy Rolls Royce, a pretty solid car .... how did he get hurt so bad ???
It's very useful to take tapered down over 10 days to detox from heroin but the maintenance programs are basically trading one addiction for another.. Sadly, a number of addicts will continue to use heroin aswell as taking methadone and often pick up additional drug habits while on maintenance as it doesn't produce the same high that they crave... Methadone is much much harder to come off than heroin and people are not informed of this when going on maintenance. It's toxic to organs and the whole system when taken for years and withdrawals are horrific and very protracted.. please taper off this very slowly under close supervision..even with tapering like this, the very last few mls down to zero often cause the worst withdrawal symptoms .. many people run into great difficulty here ( hence the nickname it's given ; "Green shackles"/ "liquid handcuffs") and a great number remain dependent for life with worsening health issues, the more years they take it. This being said, it may be the only way to remain relatively safe for certain people who try repeatedly and have no success in staying off heroin.. I would advise, however, much research ( hearing the experience of as many longterm users, essentially included in this research) and then careful consideration before getting on a maintenance program..
