Bad Car Designer is a RU-vid Channel that posts all kinds of roller coaster related things. I love to ride lots of fun and amazing roller coasters, and rate and review them on this channel. I love riding roller coasters and sharing my experience online.
Great review style, I like how you break the ride down piece by piece! I love hearing people’s thoughts on Shivering Timbers and the rest of Michigans Adventure overall, as it’s my home park. Just subbed! (#200)
Thank you so much! Michigan’s Adventure is also pretty close to me, though I don’t go to it as often as Cedar Point because it is a bit closer to me. #RoadTo300 begins now!
Love this ride! Managed to get to 10 rides in a row before I had to take a break because my headache was so bad. Honestly it's the only real reason I go to the park.
Really cool video and very underrated channel. One question though, what’s the difference between ejector airtime and floater airtime. Is one of them that stomach dropping feeling or both?
Great question! Floater is more sustained and not as powerful, while Ejector is more powerful, and usually is not as sustained. Both can give that stomach dropping feeling. Thanks for the comment!
Skyrush vs. Candymonium ;) . Although actually Candy is pure floater in the middle row and gives some mild ejector in the front or back rows, while older hypers (e.g. Apollo) were weak in the middle rows. Technically true extended ejector must be measured in -Gs because without the restraint the distance out of your seat becomes ejection, although the term is often applied to any sudden drop. Perfect floater you might not be touching anything for a second.
Iron Gwazi has a far more imposing and dominating presence because it’s the tallest coastline at its park and its right in the middle. Steel Vengeance doesn’t have the same effect because there’s 3 coasters taller and magnum which the same height all around it.
I loved it. I thought it was very smooth and the air time on that first drop and the next two hills was amazing. I know you may disagree but I think it was the best coaster in the park 😊
It’s all good, the weather was really good up until around 8:30 PM. I had a plan to do Diamondback again (because I had just gotten off and the line was short) then rush to Orion, and try to get a Beast night ride. But I guess 200 foot tall steel roller coasters can’t operate in lightning 🤷♂️
Lol I think adventure express might surprise you, and soap box racers will disappoint, but I guess we'll have to wait for the update. It was a nice day for riding, it looked like. Hopefully you rode both sides of the racer; pretty sure red is a lot smoother than blue. And hopefully orion was actually running...it's been kind of hit-and-miss for being up lately.
Went there yesterday and had a blast! I forgot that the two sides of racer count as separate credits 😭. Idk when my review will come out, but it should be uploaded sometime in the next week.
@@BadCarDesigner Sweet; can't wait! Also...if you get the last train of the day for Flight of Fear, they might turn the lights on for you. Had that a couple of Sunday's ago; they usually only do that for pass-holder day.
And what about Surf Dog, the ride that Cedar Fair likes to call a coaster? And will the left or right side of Racer be better? (Though Racer will probably only have one side operating on a weekday) And you probably won't be able to get on The Great Pumpkin Coaster even if you want to, outside of enthusiast events you usually need to ride with a small child if you're an adult. (But you are NOT missing anything, I don't think anyone would dispute it's last place spot) I predict The Bat will rise up above your projected ranking. it is so much better than the meandering likes of other suspended coasters like Iron Dragon.
All valid points. I probably will not ride the great pumpkin coaster and I do not consider surf dog a credit. And I don’t know if you’re supposed to count both sides of the racer as separate credits. The only other suspended coaster I’ve done is iron dragon so I don’t really have much experience with the model so thanks for drawing my attention to it. Anyways, thanks for the comment and I will definitely recognize that a little bit more after this.
Totally! I think I am going to change the name from “Part 2” to “June/July Trip Part 2) to differentiate the trips. If I have plans to visit a park, I will for sure make a video on it. Thanks for the tip!
Great job on this video! I’m actually going to Hersheypark next week for a hockey championship series and after that will spend the whole day there! I can’t wait for the series and the Kings Island Video!
Thank you so much! I just went yesterday and had an absolute blast. I should have that Kings Island video out pretty soon. Good luck at your hockey championship, and have some fun at Hersheypark, I will definitely keep an eye out for it on your channel!
shit ride you just go down hills and turn that’s it. once you ride I305 you can never go back. plus this is cedar point so ride operations are a headache to deal with and whenever you wait longer than a half hour you’re risking the ride breaking down and wasting all your time
While I agree with some points, the reason this ride has such a long line is because the masses enjoy it. And the same simply isn’t true about I305. Hate on Mille all you want, but at the end of the day, roller coasters are meant to be fun, and Mille is a pure fun ride.
@@BadCarDesigner not starting an argument here just wanna make more people aware of this. the reason the lines are so bad is because the season passes at cedar point are dirt cheap and there are always way too many people there. it’s my home park lol. before the 2020 season the park was so much better the crowds were way more regulated. but now the main goal of the park is to get as many people in as possible and upcharge food prices, like they literally closed a coaster and replaced it with a restaurant. corn dogs there alone cost $16 it’s become a real problem
@@endgameisbad2733I completely agree, CP is almost impossible to go to without first spending $150+ on a Fast Lane Plus. Without it, you get 5-6 rides total a day (if you play your cards right). It is also my home park and the prices are wayyyy too high for what you get.
