I want to buy Madrock Dron CS HV climbing shoes, and my foot size is 26 cm. What shoe size should I choose to ensure the best performance for climbing?
Thanks for posting this, I remember meeting James at the Momentum in Sandy right around the time he was doing this challenge. So wild! He gave me so much inspiration to go out and try hard. Hope he and yourself are doing well these days.
1954: Roger Bannister broke the 4-minute barrier in the mile. 2018: Tommy Caldwell and Alex Honnold broke the 2-hour barrier on the Nose. 2023: Noah Keithley achieved the impossible on the Angler.
The left hand you went to from the three finger right hand crimp on the upper crux is gone. Had to go left hand all the way to the higher three finger slot that you grab with your right hand after grabbing the left hand that’s gone. Big lock off now.
@@ThreePeakFilms They aren’t even Sad Rock’s best soft shoe, the redline is. And stickiest? That’s unparallel. I didn’t find them better than other comp style’s that are on the market like the Acro comp, or theory’s.
@@arachnid4910 ya 5.10 was good and I know UP are the same guys, but the shoes just aren't the same. Still their 90's/2000's models were better. I don't like the new Redlines that much. These Drone are by far have the most tech in a climbing shoe. Full molded toe, it'll never de-lam. the poly corbon plate will keep the down turned for for the life of the shoe. plus the cheater heal. Like, other shoes don't really compete
@@ThreePeakFilms You really need an oversized heel to land a hook? That’s all mad rock shoes, that’s why they’re for gumbies. UP has a way better lineup, well to those who can handle the sensitivity of their shoes.
@@arachnid4910 Ya I think UP has good shoes, I loved 5.10. I still have bunch of 5.10 Anasazi's, un used. I have some V10's and Jet sets, I'd love those to come back. I also think a lot of the older MR shoes were sub par. I do think the MR Drone is the best shoe rn tho
