Great breakdown! You know I've watched breakdowns of this episode before but something that I've never seen pointed out and something that I have honestly never noticed before was that it skips the intro
The only one I think is worthy of a top ranking is A Nice Place to Visit. There are quite a few episodes that are better, including, Last Stop at Willoughby, The Howling Man, Terror at 20,000 Feet, and Number 12 Looks Just Like you, to name just a few.
I haven't seen the original series, but I loved this and thought it was great fun. I finished watching the last episode last night - now I've started watching it all over again.
Ego Trip was and still is *100% Epic* ! Proper Dexter + Tom Baker "Golden Era" Doctor Who + Cyberpunk 2020 + Mad Max of all things! And it Worked! How Gennedy pulled that mix off I will never know! Proper madlad! It Could have done with being about 120 Minutes long rather than 50 however I agree! IIRC "Ego Trip" is Rated a BBFC 12 here in the UK while the Series is PG, so yeah, a lot higher rating as it is much more dark (Still CMOA in that scene when "12" finally Snaps and just beats the *Tar* out of Corporate Mandark!) , but still a lot lighter than Samurai Jack which could only be shown after 9PM here due it being Rated 18! 5 Years late I know, but Ego Trip is *included* with a *full HD Remaster* in the new Complete Series Boxset :)

The second revival series ran from Oct 11th 2019--Aug 13th 2022 with 3 seasons and 13 episodes in total and an anthology series with each season having a different group of the Midnight society and new cast in different locations. Season 1: Carnival Of Doom 2019 with 3 episodes. Season 2: Curse Of The Shadows 2021 with 6 episodes. Season 3: Ghost Island 2022 with 4 episodes the final season.
Im a lifelong fan of the series and really enjoyed the show more than most However I am overjoyed its becoming an anthology with Season 2 and season 1 having its loose threads wrapped up in a book
😢😢😢😢I’m not gonna lie, but looking back on the episode yeah this one literally still makes me emotional to this day. back when I saw it as a little kid then as an adult, I still get emotional to that. now what I never thought about is Helga not only that she sacrificed her gift she got from her mother for once. Just to find Mr Hyunhs daughter. it’s possible she was out all night after Mr. Bailey actually did discover where she is Helga probably found her address told her everything about where her father is escorting her to the boarding house hiding behind the stairway I mean that would explain how she’s outside the boarding house in the end saying merry Christmas Arnold.😊😊😊

I wish that the Rice Crispies Treats cereal was still around. That cereal was incredibly delicious! I always found it odd that the characters from the original Rice Crispies were not featured on the box for the Treats cereal.

very nice to hear your thoughts I didn't watch it because so many said so many positive things but it just didn't look that good to me and I didn't want to walk away being one of the few that didn't like it but after hearing your more grounded take I think I do want to give it a chance after all since I do think there are things in it I would enjoy so thanks for this video!
The only reason I didn’t really like this season they did a good job. I’ll give them that it’s just the fact that I like old school. The old school was scary. It terrified me. It gave me nightmares. I just feel like this new goosebumps is kind of a joke.
I miss 90 cartoons. They knew we were kids but never really treated us like kids. They werenr afraid to show us good people dont always have good endings but the way we reqxt and cope is what actually defines us. I was only 6 when i witnessed my first death. Friend of mine got hit with a stray bullet and bled out all over me. Never made it a problem, only an obstacle i had to overcome.
One of my biggest gripes with attack of the mutant is that there was no foreshadowing that tied everything together. Since people were constantly telling skipper that comics will rot his brain, I thought that there should’ve been a twisted moral like “If you read too many comics, you become one”, or “Everyone was living in a comic book world this entire time and skipper’s the only one who sees it and is not supposed to know he’s a comic character.”
Yes, and no. I think the lamest thing, was them trying to sell a highly privileged white kid, as a victim, simply because he is a g@y, super privileged, and spoiled white kid driving a $100k Jeep. But, yeah, I imagine life as a rich kid in the pacific northwest must be insanely difficult.
i didnt like the actor who played the masked mutant in the tv show. I felt he overacted the part and laughed too much. he seemed too much like a disney villain
19:12 I could not believe how simple the aging effect is. It's such a basic use of makeup and lighting but it's only possible because the footage is in black and white. Super impressed at your technical skills!
Well I’ll say it again it depends on your opinion everybody has different opinions like you’re saying it was goosebumps 2023 worth it I like the original Goosebumps better yes but I think these reboot like this one is trying to target new audiences, not necessary the old audiences that grew up watching it But sometimes I get things a chance and like I said, it depends on your opinion so it’s really hard to say what is bad or good because the other day comes off as your opinion and you really can’t tell people owe they shouldn’t watch itself because they have different opinions than you, so I hope everybody decides for themselves and not let males side for you just because they don’t like it don’t mean you won’tif you think it looks good check it out if you don’t think it looks good don’t check it out
