I'm grateful for the easily understandable interpretation of statutes. Thank you so much for this! It would be really helpful if you could also create videos on CPC.

Stay subscribed to thge channel. I will shortly publish some more videos about the LNAT for JGLS. Meanwhile, if you go to the JGLS main website, jgu.edu.in/jgls/ they have already updated it prominently to clarify that the LNAT-UK will be the mandatory test for the 5 year integrated LL.B programs. The test can be taken before the 31st of December, for admission to the programs starting from the next academic year. (2025-26). Even the admissions page at jgu.edu.in/jgls/admission-process-ug/ clarifies that LNAT-UK and not the LSAT will be used for the upcoming admissions.
Sir, i had my IOS exam this afternoon (KSLU), Flunked last time as i didn't have enough time to prepare for the exams due to some personal reasons! I'm in my final sem and this was my only backlog and I'm pretty sure that I'm going to score decent marks. All thanks to you! Presumptions (UNIT 4) was really on point, crisp and clear, i could barely find anything similar to this else where. Only regret is that i found your video last night or else I would have scored some good marks! Only correction is that you have left few key topics in unit 5 like Kinds of Pains and pleasures, Sympathy and antipathy, sensibility. though it's not mentioned in the syllabus but it's been repeated multiple times, even this time we got it. Kudos and big thanks to you and your team for this wonderful job. God bless you! 👏🏼♥️
A straight line is a 'standard' that remains constant. A 'straight line' is not subject to interpretation. A curved line or an irregular line is subject to different interpretations by different people. Therefore, measuring distances in a straight line along the horizontal plane is the legal way.
Purposive interpretation focuses on the overall purpose and intent behind the statute, while beneficial interpretation focuses specifically on maximizing the benefits or protections for the statute's intended beneficiaries. Purposive interpretation is a general approach that can be applied to any type of statute. Beneficial interpretation is normally applied in interpreting social justice and protective legislation. Example of Purposive interpretation : If a statute is designed to prevent fraud, the purposive interpretation would aim to interpret the provisions in a way that effectively deters fraudulent activities, even if that means going beyond the strict literal meaning of the words. Example Beneficial Interpretation : In interpreting a workers' compensation law, a beneficial interpretation would favor interpretations that ensure injured workers receive the maximum possible benefits and support.
Aapke area mein jo law college hai, wahan puchna padega. Kyonki admission dates college and university pe depend karte hain. Normally admission forms Feb / March mein issue hote hain aur June se college classes start ho jaate hain. Agar college ke liye entrance exam hain, to phir process thoda alag hota hain, lekin classes June / July mein shuru ho jaate hain.
I deeply appreciate the efforts made by you towards making this topic understandable and crisp. Keep up the good work!!!! Immensely helpful indeed!!!!!
Thank you so much @snehasisjena8714 I intend to eventually cover all the subjects from the LLB syllabus - do check out the playlists on the channel for other videos.
Thanks for letting me know. 🙏 I will check. I use the same settings for all my videos, so not sure if something has changed. Will check and change for future videos.
@@LawMint just came out of examination hall after giving ADR paper. Eagerly waiting for your 5th Semester play list. I don't want to waste time seeing other youtubers who can't pronounce correctly, can't comprehend correctly and give comical explanations.
Where were you so far? Got it just one day before exam! Concise, no nonsense approach. such a relief from &hit on social media, we usually come across. Most of the you tubers cannot even comprehend the language of various laws. Pl share playlist of 5th semester so that i can prepare on time.
