I'm not even playing, I was able to win games just by watching the first 8 minutes of this video. Sure, I have experience with other FGs. But, KOF is a different beast. This video is so helpful and expedited my learning process of the game. I'm now playing KOF '02 and KOFXV and I feel MUCH more comfortable and know what to do in this game. I've been playing for just a week now and this is probably one of the best FG experiences ever. There's something about this series tbh. I love SF since it's my first real try-hard FG, 3S specifically. That said, KOF is something else.

I haven't heard this track in roughly Nine Years now, yet it still feels fresh in my memory because I grew up with it throughout the lot of my teenage years: I've had this Act II concept of Endless Mine on my person since July 026 of 20I0, this was around the time where I was still going out of my way to save virtually every bit of music that was publicly available on Sonic Retro before it axed its audio player early last decade; now, I don't remember exactly how I had come across this mix back then, I was using my Slim Model PlayStation 03 (CECH-2001A) as a means for using Wifi because we were still confined to Dial~up in my house for all of our Desktops until 20I2 and it is very likely that I had found this track while searching for music from other Sonic fangames and also OC Remix, this is one that I had on loop a good amount though and it's welcoming to admit that it still holds up today because of that "What if?" sense of atmosphere that it delivered to the general populace back then. We wouldn't get a proper Single Player version of Endless Mine in a completed Fangame or ROM hack until the recently released Sonic the Hedgehog 03: Chronicles at this year's installment of the Sonic Amateur Games Expo, this project had set out to fulfill the Thirty Year old question of what Sonic 03 would be like had the Competition Mode zones been turned into part of the Single Player campaign with some interesting results: It is easy to admit that your version of Act II would've been better suited over the mix that we got, the instrumentation of yours is handled far more delicately and remains faithful to the source material while Chronicles' take opts for a Wiley Wars~style approach on how the Brass and other YM3438 presets via the SMPS driver get used; what you were able to deliver in 2009 is incredibly similar to what Aly James (Alyjameslab) had done for Spring Yard via his FMDrive VST mix and what Karl Brueggemann delivered for Sonic Classic II via his album Sonic 0I Revisited, this is a core part of that experimental era of the Sonic community where many composers were setting out to extend tracks from the Classic entries (I99I to I999) and that impact is definitely not forgotten today, wishfully more in the scene will find this and the other unique continuations from the time of its release because it is an essential part of how the music of the series had evolved and a lot of newcomers could learn massively from this generation of artists' handling of the soundtrack.
