Hello po maam dual BC din po ako pero yunh ist ko never ko ginamit yung 2nd BC ko yun yung ginagamit ko need ko kase e cancel ang 1st ko kse ang 2nd ko yun din gamit na middle name ng mga anak ko kaya ang 1st ang e pa cancel ko how much po kaya ang magastos and saan ba pweede unang lalapit salamat po
May ikakalat po ako sa inyo about sa PSA. Sila po ay under secret selling blocked birth certificate. ₱25,000 ang halaga sa pag kuha ng naka block na 2nd registered birth certificate. Kaya pala ginawan ng batas ng PSA na ipa block ang gamit gamit na birth certificate para sila ay kumita ng malaking halaga... sana ma panagutan ang buong PSA dahil sa kurakot na gina gawa nila...
Thank you for the amazing info, how late was your birthday certificate was in registration? Am in the same issues my birth certificate was registered in 2011 even though was born in 1993, but all my documents and certificates are all in the same name, will that be an issue?
Same problem po tayo maam na doble register ako , puedeng po bang avogado lahat ang mag aayus o kailanggan din ang presence nyo? sana po mapansin nyo thanks sa share ng experience nyo nagka idea ako..
Hi, sorry to say na kailangan talaga ang presence mo, atleast one appearance. Wala naman Problem SA passport kasi same name lng naman, though na double pero Ang name di na change. Don't worry madali lng naman basta tamang abogado ang hahawak. 😊
@@konigfamilie thank you sa pag sagot,matagal poba ang pagkuha ng appointment pag nag apply? more or less po kaya mga ilang months para matapos ?magkano po ang lahat na nagastos nyo? bale ako dalawa po ang ipa correct ko birth Cert and Marriage Cert? ❤pasensiya napo sa maraming tanong
@@konigfamilie kung hindi kunapo kaya ipa cancell wala po kayang problem pag nag renew akong passport? gamitin ko na lang yung second BC na gamit ko ngayon
@@ednaenriquez9105 depende din kasi sa regional trial court ang habang ng proseso, minsan mabagal may iba din mabilis, SA akin, it takes almost 1 year, dami ding delayed hearing.
Hi thank you for reaching out, sorry to inform you na nag retire na ang attorney ko, his already in 70s na kasi at 25 yrs din nag serve as a judge in Manila, maganda sana kasi easy lng SA kanya ang ganyang mga civil cases, anyway,i think you can find din naman malapit sa inyo,or sa place kung saan trial court ka sakop, atleast 30k lahat ang gastos ko

Hello po maam. I have dual registered birth certificate. Yung 2nd one po yung nagamit para sa passport ko then nandito na po ako sa Japan using the name of the 2nd one, yun nadin po yung nagamit para sa Residence card ko. So ngayon, yung 2nd one na po yung need kong gamitin for my entire life. Everytime na kukuha ako sa PSA yung 1st lang po ang lumalabas. Pwede po bang ipa cancel yung 1st registered Birth certificate?
Hi, for that you need to go to the court and ask for the cancellation of your 1st BC, you should provide docs and legal reasons why you want to cancel the 1st BC, I'm sorry to tell you that it would be harder to cancel the 1st BC because it takes alot of probing it in the court.but you can still try providing you can justify why you need to have the 2nd bc and cancel the 1st one. @@shielanishibukuro3872 I think you need to ask more than one lawyer, we know naman that some of them are overpricing. Luckily sa aking nakuha eh 30k lahat2x na, plus his a well known judge before. Kaya I think you need to find a good and not overpriced lawyer. Magtanong2x ka din sa Lugar nyo,if province talaga ganyan, or even cities Mahal, but SA cities Kasi maraming Option na abogado, I think makakakuha ka Rin ng maganda at di overpriced na lawyer 🤞
Same case po, dalawa po birth cert ko. Magkaibang tatay. Ngayon po TAGUDANDO po ginagamit ko simula ng magaral ako at grumaduate gang magkaanak at kinasal ako Ito po yung 2nd birt.cert. ko. Ngayon po hindi po ako makatake ng Board exam dahil nung magrequest po ako ng PSA iba na po lumalabas. Pwede po kayang maging grounds for cacelation ng 1st birt cert. ang DNA na hindi ko talaga totoong tatay yung lumalabas sa PSA ko na naunang naregistred? Yung mother ko po kasi hindi daw sila okay nung totoong father ko kaya pinaregistered po nya ako sa ex nya.
Hi dear,im frm Kenya married to a German man,i applied for family Reunion Visa since 4th August 2023 but no response till now,its 1 yeah now still waiting, what can i do.i send emails to the embassy but they don't respond i call they don't respond
You should ask your German spouse to contact their immigration office about your impending application as mostly it is their immigration deciding if their allow you to obtain a visa

Hi, depende sa lawyer na nakuha mo, if PAO mas mura but you need to consider that it will take long to process, I got a private lawyer that cost me 30k all in all na with publication as well.
Ako mam ang mahal.. nag pa cancel po kami ng birth.cert.ko nag start last year sept.po.nag nagbayad kami ng 75K, plus another 20K...then bunos para sa atty.and multa para sa fiscal kasi un ang sinabi ng lawyer ko.. nag bigay ako 10K.hati sila dun para wala masabi..ewan ko lang kung binigay.. grabe..pero Nagpapasalamat pa rin ako kay Lord na na cancel ung b.c.ko
I applied family reunion visa than they asked me A1 certificate i brought A1 to the embassy after 1 month from my interview date now I'm still waiting around months.
Hi Kristel, mine takes about 8-9 months. Depende din kasi sa place yan, may mabagal dahil sa dami ng petition lalo na Pag City, mayroon din mabilis lng, hoping na mabilis lng sa RTC kung saan ang petition mo nakafile
