Hey there, no I never did. I tried everything. I scoured the discussion boards and tried everything possible. I guess my next move is to send it to that place on Neato's website where they repair vacuums. It's frustrating though because this is my second one. They aren't cheap. You'd think there would be better than just a one year warranty on an expensive product like that.
Sorry to hear that - I just bought a refurbished XV-21 and was frustrated with it right off of the bat. It would back up walls, get lost, and wander around. I updated the firmware and now it works better. Good Luck.
Thanks I appreciate it. I'm just guessing that since my version was the first overall, maybe it had bugs or something. The firmware is up to date though so I don't know. Guess I'll pay to ship it off to get it looked at
