I attended JWU in Providence Harborside back in 1990 I did the Culinary Program on a full scholarship and loathed it for one year and switched to the Baking and Pastry Program. 💜
I have to ask. Does anyone know why JJR does the extra stuff to the cakes he makes. Like the cutting of the edging of the cake. Putting it in the cooler, crumb coating it putting it BACK in the cooler, and final coating it???
