My name is Steve Reynolds and I play instrumental guitar in the style of Hank Marvin. Some of you may have seen me on Britain's Got Talent In 2014.
I have covered a lot of the Shadows tracks aswell as instrumental covers of other popular songs,
I record my tracks using Audacity and the videos are created using Cyberlink Power Director 14
I have tried many of the effects units over the years but my personal favourites on a budget would be the Zoom G1 and Zoom G3. I am also fortunate enough to own an original Vox Short tom from 1962 and a modified Meazzi Factotum from 1963. My main guitars are my Alan Brason Custom Strat and a Squier Simon Neil Strat.
Amp varies greatly depending on sound i am looking for but i have used a Vox Mini 3 micd up aswell as a Fender Mustang Amp, Joyo Actone and Vox AC30.
Thanks for taking the time to read this and please take a look around. Any questions please do not hesitate to contact me
I would have have thought the Zoom was the first one, it sounds so good much better than the one I have the Zoom G3n I think I need to do some tweeting

I only discovered this channel a couple of nights ago as I searched RU-vid for 'Atlantis', which is probably my favourite Shadows recording, and Steve's playing of it blew me away. Every bit as good as the original. As I looked over his channel I wondered why there's been no uploads for years as this guy is so talented. Just then, as I watched one of his other great covers, on reading the comments I've discovered he passed away nearly 4 years ago. That's so upsetting to read. Not only was he very talented he was still so young. I just wish I had known of his music before his sad passing. But he has left us some lovely recordings on RU-vid to enjoy and I thank him for that. May he rest in peace.
Always Awesome, Steve! Celebrating 10 years in "What's Happening In The World of Music!" Thanks for being A Part of It, Sweet Friend! In Loving Memory Always, Steve! Hello & Hugs & Love From Tampa Bay! xxs<3<3:)
What's amusing is the original advert for 20 golden greats shows a clip beatles fans screaming. It comes from the 1963 pathe news short, the beatles come to town
RIP Steve.......your online guitar tuition is sadly missed by music lovers out there for your kind efforts in guiding guitar playing . May God be with you wherever you go .....Amen ....... the Far East guy.....
