Yes,Poland has a bigger army,but they fall WAY behind Economy Wise compared to Germany. Meaning that Germany can have a higher budget for Military during War Time. So yes, Poland would've been able to hold up initially,but struggle in the long run.
You’re referring to old data. It is true that in 2023 Poland was temporarily ranked higher in the international PowerIndex, but the 2024 PowerIndex shows Germany width a higher ranking once more.
This is my unbiased scenario, also without NATO and CSTO: * Serbian troops invade Kosovo and they take the eastern plain easily while struggling to take the western (Dukagjin/Metohia) due to constant attack from the Albanian Alps and Sharr mountains where the Kosovar troops would make a stronghold. Let's imagine Albania doesn't get involved in this scenario, but it would still supply a lot of food/weapons and logistics to Kosovar troops. In the end they do manage to occupy all of it with Kosovar troops fleeing into Albania. At the same time Albania starts to mobilize and there are massive riots in Macedonia from the Albanian population. Also insurgency from local Albanian population will never stop. * Serbia declares war on Montenegro and Macedonia and starts the invasion. Montenegro quickly capitulates, but Albania, now partially mobilized invades Montenegro and takes over Ulcinj/Ulqin while reinforcing the Kosovar/Albanian border. Serbia will have massive issues invading Macedonia through the Sharr mountains and Macedonian Albanian population will form local militias to defend from the other side. They will try to focus more troops on the eastern side through the Kaqanik crossing and south-eastern Serbia, and they would make bigger gains here. In the meantime Bulgaria signs a non-aggression pact with Romania and as soon as the Serbian troops enter eastern Macedonia, Bulgaria declares war on Serbia. At this point Croatia sees a great opportunity to take back it's claims in Vojvodina and declares war on Serbia. Bosnia now sees an opportunity with the encouragement and help of Croatia and breaks the Dayton agreement declaring war on Serbia, and declares all of BiH as Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina dissolving the Republika Srpska. Hungary sees chance now of returning it's historical claims in Vojvodina so it declares war on Serbia as well. * End of war. Serbia capitulates. Parlaments gets disolved. Coalition forces (Albania, Kosovo, Croatia, BiH, Bulgaria and Hungary) occupy Serbia and form a collaboration government. Now Serbia's borders look like from 1912. Kosovo and BiH split Sandzak, Kosovo gets the Presheva valley, Bulgaria gets all of eastern Serbia up to Nish, Montenegro (with collaboration government now as well) loses some eastern territory to BiH and Ulcinj to Albania.

I don't want to upset you, my young friend, but no war is fought one on one anymore. If Serbia were to declare war on the state of Kosovo, Türkiye would be involved in this war from day one, because they have an agreement. And the empire you built with paint ends on the first day. :) (Such a war could never happen anyway, because world states would stop this war due to the risk that it would turn into a chain regional war.)

don't you think that cyprus showing expansional ambition would evoke circumstancial factions? Also would the internal cohesion of cyprus, not even factoring in their constitution make such an invasions impossible?

Top mistakes 1. Full annexation of Slovenia 2. Italy invading the Alps before Vienna? 3. Full annexation of Austria would 100% result in civil wars in Austria and Slovenia. Plus the Germans would help Austria in that war. 4. If Hungary joined a war against Italy so would Poland, Slovakia, and Czechia. 5. Only Serbia would join on the Italian side in this Balkan war. 6. Serbia would only annex their Bosnian claims 7. Italy is only annexing. This would be 100x more successful if they puppet these countries with way different culture instead and gave autonomy. 8. Would have loved to see if Hungary joined Italy's side and gotten Transylvania in the peace treaty. 9. It's understandable not knowing the Slovenian capital but not knowing Tunis is insane. If you studied one bit of Roman or Carthage history you should know. 10. Fully annexing northern Africa would be more realistic. 11. Italy would never beat Spain in a war and countries like France and UK would never allow it. 12. Italy invading from the Alps and Pyrenees mountains into France?? 13. Italy should have only annexed Savoy in the peace treaty 14. Germany wouldn't lose either against Italy and if Italy did invade them a massive coalition would form. Before anyone says something stupid like "oh it's a monarchy" I don't care they aren't fascist the total complete annexation of these countries with separate cultures and religions is something not even a monarchy would do. And if they did a massive coalition would form. Hit them books, Wikipedia's or RU-vid videos because you obviously don't understand anything about cultures, religion, ideology, geography, city locations, railway locations, or diplomacy. Not trying to be rude just giving criticism that you should accept if you ever want to be successful. One last thing if your on computer use this thing called Krita.
