I am from Ahmedabad. Our chairman of the society has locked the Terrece entry. (We use to walk in evening before that) . What is the rule for usage of it? He denied to open the lock by saying "somebody can mischief the cocks of water tanks ,so it is locked." My argument is by Fire safty Law it must be open 24*7. Pls guide me

I'm having dispute with my neighbor in a flat regarding keeping plants nd shoe racks. There a wall outside her flat which comes under common area where as I don't have a proper wall on my side of flat. Is it allowed that I share half of her flat lengh to keep my plants nd shoe racks as ppl say inside area is urs but out side area is common for all.. She is not allowing me to keep things there.

Dear sir meri ek request hai DGHMUP. GOV. IN ke aadhar par ek mahila abhyarthi ka Caste Certificate uske Pita ke paksha ka hona chahiye esa notification main likha hua hai. Or main jab banbane gya to lekhpal ne direct mana kr diya ki shaadi ke baad mahila ka Caste certificate unke sasural se banega. Jabki DGHMUP. GOV. IN ki taraf se mahila abhyarthi ka pati ki taraf se bana hua Caste Certificate rejct kr siya gya iska koi solution batayein. Kya shaadi ke baad mahila abhyarthi ka caste certificate uske pita ke paksha se banega, jabki mahila abhyarthi ko arakshan uske pita paksha ke Caste Certificate pr hi milta hai

Hi sir my name is Sunil I have purchased one apartment in Bangalore and in my BBMP contract it is written from the builder side I own the covered parking area, because of the lack of security and blind spot at my parking multiple times my car got damaged, so installed cameras in my covered parking area with association mail approval now Association forcefully want to remove my cameras by saying that we have put additional cameras now you will remove your own cameras I want to know how much it is justified and who will bear the loss of my expenditure

And this is the biggest loophole that builders encash to frustrate and defeat hapless buyers...they get an interim stay order from high court or appellate authority and keep getting the matter "passed over" at every hearing so that the it is not even heard for establishing it as a permanent stay order or vacating such interim order. Till such time this "pass over" game continues, the builder under judicial immunity from execution of any recovery process of RERA!

Sir please help me in this regard at time of admission they we need to pay only board examination fee for 2 year's now .she completed her +12 we went to take certificate They are asking me to pay 22000 or 12000 I don't pay they are not going to give certificates please help out I need to take an admission for her Degree.
