Actually I ordered one from amazon and it wasn’t meeting expectations, it didn’t come with the tools or manuals and in some strange box, is it normally?

The band they show in the video doesn’t seem to have identically matching color.

Just got a band from you guys today, installed and resized it at work, the process was super easy with the included tools!

I purchased this band super easy to remove links. I took three links out and fits my wrist perfectly. My wrist measures about 8.5 inches.
