If you want something for just background noise, the Loop Quiet are probably what you want. And yeah, I mean at the end of the day, you decide what you do with your headphones. I was just sharing my experience as someone who likes to listen to Live music at stupid loud volumes, these headphones have been the best for that.
I wouldn't drop with the flamethrower, I just ran out of ammo, and found this on the ground. But it's significantly better than when it was first released. Tough thing about bots is they shoot back, and you would much rather have an autocannon or grenade launcher to deal with them. However Flamethrower has the coolness factor !!

Robo kind of sucks at this point I actually had Ayla/Frogs 2x Slurp kiss against Azala/Blue Tyrano restore around 400 HP at this point at lv 25 at even LV 60 I barely had Robo's heal beam top even 250 HP to the entire party. I also had luminare usable against Magus and around 2 uses of it can kill Azala but have Ayla steal a Magic and Speed tab off of BOTH bosses. Hit the GOLEM boss immediately with Fire/Fire 2 then you'll never lose that fight if you do lose do NOT fight battles you will start those with only 1 HP left on the entire party.
I stole 40 to 50 Mega Elixers in the Black Omen so healing spells/slurp kiss on NG+ runs won't be needed though stealing the armors off of Yakra the 13th the Giant's Claw 600 AD boss Son of Sun and the Mother Brain Geno dome bosses on a 1st run DO steal those off the 4 bosses.
