Okay so you kill invasive plants. Yet claim it stays where it's put! I call bullshit! So you poison the water, the plants, the wildlife, and everything else the poison gets on or in! Way to be smart! Lazy efforts by a tax payer funded project, to a weed problem! Nice! Humans are stupid!
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Either feed them in a separate container without any substrate, or choose a substrate that compacts better and doesn't tend to get stuck to the frog's tongue when it eats. I've never even owned a pet frog, toad, lizard, snake or turtle, but it still seems like a no-brainer not to feed them on a lightweight, fluffy, flaky substrate that they will _OBVIOUSLY_ swallow every time they try to eat something.
You can't feed a toad or frog from a dish because they only eat live food so it won't stay in a dish anyway. Although point is if they where in the wild they would still get dirt and mud in their mouths when eating
