I think it would be very helpful to include some visual guidance, orienting the viewers throughout your talk (e.g. a section title for every idea). Pauses while you speak may also add some additional structure to your videos. Anyways, thanks a lot for your advice and good luck with your channel 💪🏼
I agree. Especially on the "stress can be chosen" - most of the time you can choose not to care too much about what others think, let alone that sometimes they put what doesn’t fall in your responsibilities on you….. ignore it!
