I play support, I do stack, pull, lotus tempo, rune tempo, stud farm, I buy sustain and build according to Dota Pro and I adapt according to what the game asks... Obviously I'm sup5/4. And I can tell you that by doing what I'm saying, you'll only get out of the herald with luck, not skill. If you want to leave the herald there are only 3 good pieces of advice, the rest is all nonsense invented by streamers and yotubers..... 1) Learn to play core (prefer mid because dont have 1 trow sup to u). Doing sup as it has to be done will depend on luck. (unless you do sup troll, farm and build core). It will still depend on a little luck. 2) Build correctly, if you don't know how, use dotaprotracker as explained in the video. 3) Last hit, without a doubt last hit. This will take you out of the herald, but it will take a long time because you will still depend on the other 4 players not to sink the game so much in 10 minutes that it becomes unplayable, something that happens frequently. Never play support like a support should be or you will never leave the herald, believe me. This thing about giving an advantage to the HC doesn't exist in the herald, you can leave a 4/0 PA in the lane and you'll have a 50% chance either it will be -1 or it will carry (if your team hasn't already fed the mid and hc enemy.
So hear me out. I really think crusader 5 to archon 3 are much harder than archon 4 to legend like I dont play that much just noticed my game are much harder in archon trench

How much does someone need to worry about the stats of an item in DOTA? I constantly stress that I’m not getting an item that benefits my main attribute/stats meaning my damage will suck.
League vet here. Is there a way to use shift right click instead of A to do the same thing? I don't need the queue action function and I switch between attack move and normal move in league by just holding shift when I need to.
Well on Eu servers this wont help you in Herold 5 and early guardian. 50+ (at 10min) cs is something normal there and the overall skill level is way to high for this beeing the lowest rank bracket. I sometimes see people with 5k wins over there. And at the same time there are also the new players who dont know whats going on, as well as smurfs/account boosters wich mess up the team balance even more. (Even tho one smurf in the enemy team isnt that big of a deal most of the time, if they arent extremly high rated). I myself played at around 4k mmr back when it still was just numbers and I cant get out of this bracked playing alone. Its neraly impossible to consistantly win even if you play obejective based, pick pos 1/2/3. My skill level would need to be beyond 4k mmr to get out of this bracket. The last hit stats you showed for the legend replay seem kind of normal to me in a herold 5/early guardian game and if you got some decend support, who stacks a few camps, they would even be mutch higher (wich isnt that rare tbh). Also when it comes to knowing the game, there isnt that mutch to learn for most players. Nearly every lane people block creeps, half pull, pull waves, control creep aggro, stack camps, block camps, safelane contributes at farming phase by pushing lanes, supports/tanks making room, split pushing, no aggro attacks and so on... Than you have the occasional copletely unbalanced matches wich you can give up at min 1, where you got 4 playes with about 100 wins and one with around 1000 in one team and the other team only has 1k + wins. There you have actual herald pitted against a way to high skill level with you ending up at the recieving end (20/1 for the enemy team at 10 min and no t1 towers) You need to get lucky in this bracked or play with friends on these servers and dont go online past 2am, because this seems to be scripting Tinkers and smurf team lobbys time. I would call this time "challange mode" if you get unlucky. So overall in most matches one player makes the difference and this is the occasional actual new player that ends up in one team, who keeps asking in chat if this is a smurf lobby. If you get this guy in your team its gg, because you cant win a 4v5/6 if most players there have 1k+ hours. I mainly play OD mid and Muerta safe lane currently. I have arround 60+ cs at 10 min with Muerta, if the lane goes well even more. Od a bit less because I mostly foucus on beeing a nuisance in mid, so I get around 40 but a won mid lane, wich is enogh to end up at least with 15+ kills and less than 10 deaths in the end if I dont mess up with my positioning, wich can happen sometimes. I definetly know my item building order.(pos 1 first farming item, then "safety" item, than damage is a good groudwork for most heros) I know when to push lanes, keep an eye on the map, pick my fights carefully, keep tps and stats in check, carry dust when needed, know all hero ability even the new ones, know count item tactics and I even ward when it gets to retarded. It still does not matter if you get unlucky and your enemy team has 4 players that know what they are doing while your team has 2. To end this up with a fun story. I acutally had a smurf in my team once who added me on steam, so I could track his progress. Its been over month and he still is in Herold 5. He came from around 4k mmr as well and was expecting way more easy wins as he told me. (His playstyle and knowledge for someone with barely 200 games looked very sus, so he is definetly a smurf, even before I asked him and he admitted it.)
Don't get a Smurf. FFS. Best thing Valve could ever do was banning Smurfs. First Competitive Game stopping the Gaslighting and doing sth to improve the Game at the most inherent problem. And it is amazing how Valve doing it is sth of an open secret no one dares to talk about. Smurfing ruined Mobas to the point they are in decline hard. Mobas are a great game type, no other archetype has that much variety and depth on so many levels. Letting Smurfing slip as some kind of cavaleer's offense for this long was a terrible dynamic. I HOPE Dota 2 will reap the rewards for the brave decision. I at least returned from League TO Dota 2 in support of the Smurf bans at a time where League got unplayable as a Smurf infested mess.
Losing the lane is a bit matter...lol...3 lanes lose enemy don't throw probably it's over ! Luna got bouch..others hero with normal hit slow farming...losing lane doesn't a matter?😂
communication in this game does more harm then good, just mute all chat and report everyone just for fun until they fix the rating, cause as for now you get rating on win or lose instead by YOUR PERFORMANCE which is stupid
@@xHyperstone the shortcut is not in default settings, u need to manually input it, its in hotkeys- advanced hotkeys - Saved Camera Position, and map ur hotkeys for camera position there, after u map it, in game, put ur camera in ur decision mapping, and than click Ctrl + (Ur key mapping). For me its Alt + Z, Alt +X ect.
I'm a new player. Just wanna know whether we can decrease the sensitivity of the camera in wsad settings. I got a headache, may be the camera sensitivity was too high.
Well when i offlane, this doesnt look like this. Lets say i go DK as well, my teammate the SKY afks undertower or tries to race me with lasthits despite me pinging them and he uses all of his spells on the ranged creep so i cant lasthit it. The enemy has a viper support with 19 clarities nonstop spamming all abilities on me + break, for some reason doesnt touch the alpha male sky support who only focuses the creeps. And then just as cherry on top of the cake we get casual earth spirit ganks and invo sunstrikes from the enemy team. And of at the end of the match all our lanes were lost despite half of the enemy team being bot all the time. And im the one reported for speaking up to the lows. Gived up on dota.
Awesome content... I struggle finding more breakdowns and guides on how ember is supposed to be played or what he wants to do. This video was gold from hours of digging lol
