Not that this HR stuff is wrong... I watch mine lots each day with my BP device and my HR device when running... HR is gonna vary all day, every day ... HR is sort of like looking under the hood of your body ... *You should be aware and feel your moment to moment ~stress on your body.* These devices can give you a clue but are not essential. lol ... god, what are we as humans becoming? Walking, talking idiots that need to be told how to feel every moment by some code written by another human that is bug ridden? As I said above, these devices can gives clues but get real, OK ... lol

There is really no gift in the waiting.I do not believe for a minute that a super long wait is ALWAYS God's will. God prompts people to follow him everyday in their lives. I know people who walked down the aisle with someone that they said God told them not to marry them and they did and got a divorce and remarried. FREE WILL will make the WAIT very long. I sow a seed each week for my 3rd guy in line and every week God reveals he is not moving because he is still sobbing-7 years. He was with a woman 7 years ago "out of God's will" and it has bothered him to enter into a relationship with someone because he will have to give an account of what he did in that relationship. God already revealed to me he had a LUST issue and even though he remained pure he still compromised sexually so LONG WAITS are more than likely the result of someone not BEING OBEDIENT and God has to work through that. It also could be a JOB they accepted that was not what God had for them and that DELAYED the people coming together at the right time. Wendy's hubby probably married a woman not in God's will for him while Wendy was waiting she had to wait for that relationship to dissolve. FREE WILL , FREE WILL, FREE WILL = DELAY DELAY DELAY!!!!!

@@carolellis894 Hello 👋 great question. There could be a few answers to your question. 1. Stretching is activating your muscles in a new way that they aren’t used to. 2. You could be overstretching, thus overexerting the muscles after you’ve already worked them out hard. 3. You might be dehydrated 4. Depleted in minerals. You can recover by using cryotherapy or even the opposite of a warm Epsom salts bath. Use form roller too to help roll out lactic acid build up. Hope this helps answer your question and give you a few solutions to try.

I cut my finger have had two lots of same antibiotic second dose double strength and it has come back again. Cut is healed but I fear infection is in bone now. New antibiotics have terrible side effects listed and really don't ant to start them at all. I don't see how a topical immersion would work for me now as skin is healed over
