Good idea! Btw, we just returned from the Big Island. We stayed at Waikoloa but drove across to Hilo a couple of times. We attended Queen LiliʻUokalani's Birthday Celebration Festival, walked around downtown Hilo, visited the Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden, and had lunch at Kandi's Drive-in. You live in paradise.
Do you know if this method would work to protect a tall tomato plant? Looking to build some type of a rat-proof cage that would need to be about 6 feet tall. I would need to find a way to connect a couple of pieces of the hardware cloth together to make it tall enough. But I wonder if it would be too difficult to maneuver the cage to harvest the tomatoes! Thank you for the video!
No, I don't think a cage is practical for tomato plants. I use ziplock bags to protect the fruit clusters. It works well. ru-vid.comF8oUShOiPmA?si=C8Ak8KYANhXLtiVT
Another reason is that the mulch also breaks down over time and enriches the soil with nutrients. I guess you addressed that in the last point, but it wasn't clear enough for noobs.
The full wrap cradle blocks the camera, preventing you capturing golf swing. I recently ordered the BOOMVATO golf phone holder on Amazon. With a U-shape cradle, it can securely attach to my golf cart to navigate the GPS, or to my golf push cart to capture my swing moments.
The boys struggled in the first half, but understandable given the first game of the year. However, the team really came together in the second half. Strong performances by Cooper, O’Niel and the defense.
I learned this recipe at Alaska from a vendor selling Salmon Belly's. (1 part equal pineapple juice) and (1 part equal soy Sause low sodium.) Drying process is VERY important (nice drying box)
I had no idea there were regulations before watching this! I visited Huntington Beach yesterday and randomly decided I wanted to go shell hunting with my brother to see who would find the prettiest, most interesting sea shell. I was digging for what I thought was a rock hoping it would be a conch shell, but when I pulled it out, it was a big pismo clam! It was about the size of my palm! Since it wasn’t a shell by itself and I noticed it was too hefty for it to be hollow, I put the big guy back where I found it. I ended up finding a half of a sand dollar a while later.
First off, thank you for watching the video. It doesn't surprise me about your discovery. We walk our dog there and have seen the shells and already had plans to check it out in the fall/winter. I really appreciate you sharing this info with me.
It’s amazing how the ziplock bags thwart rats from stealing the fruit😮. The opening at the bottom allows for ventilation and prevents condensation from building inside the bags.
What a fun and cute bakery! I ordered the Parisian sandwich. It had prosciutto, Brie cheese and arugula on a crusty French baguette! Delicious! Luna approves!!❤🐾
