Why is your U.S. customer service number disconnected? Why does your company not respond to the numerous emails I have sent you regarding the solar kit I ordered for my truck? You charged me for the items and yet never sent them nor so much as provided and update on my order. This company now seems like a very big scam. If I’m wrong, prove it by providing even the most basic customer service and update me on my order.
@@ManBearPigCreative They finally responded after 9 straight days of ignoring emails and website direct messages. Supposedly they were “on Holliday”. They offered to send the kit in a several days with it projected to arrive weeks later. But given the lack of response to my inquiries, I simply elected to cancel the order. But getting to confirm the cancellation still took an exchange of several email. During which they offered to discount my order. I declined. Shipping delays can be understood. But poor customer service suggests a poorly run company. That’s not one I choose to do business with. But mine is one experience. Your’s may vary.
@@vtvt2690 hey thanks for your quick reply, i am going to give them the benefit of the doubt as i think the hood solar product is really neat, but i can understand your frustration with your experience.
Please invite my own Self. i,m Healfthy & iLove seen your Solar instruction. Please. sukkerfriATrediffDOTcom Gev a rihd in your best Camper van. 00351 920204458. Thankyou Madame DivinVegan Cēh. S.V.,
Regarding all of the comments about low output, the rating is at 25C test conditions with direct sun of 1,000W/m^2. Temperature degradation is on the order of 0.5%/C panel temp. Figure the panel is 20C hotter than ambient and it's easy to get to ~15% temp degradation. As for the wire connection quality, that is a serious issue, thanks for the feedback.

I am interested in the 100W panel for my vehicle, but a popular RU-vid creator (Will Prowse) said I should avoid flexible panels here in the Arizona heat. Have your panels been tested or used in areas of the country with high temperatures?
needs better camera work, takes 6 minutes to say over and over again what could have been summed up in one minute, no actual data about power produced, no information to act on provided.
None of these are made to be door mats. Walking on them with sand and grit on your shoes will scratch them up. Great way to shorten the life of the panels.
Hi Brian, I have 3-120 watt flex panels to install on my trailer which has a TPO roof. Will there be a heat problem to my trailer roof and the heat generated from the flex panels? I would appreciate your advice before I tape them down. Thanks love your videos! Bob
Hey pal Looking at solars all my research comes up with the same info LENSUN appear to be the way to go. I have contacted them. gave you as the source. Anyway whats the best way to take the wire from the roof to my leisure via Anderon clips. Dont want to drill holes anywhere really. I will glue solars down on to the roof but drilling a hole in the roof to feed the wire down through to the leisure battery rings or caution. What da ya think pal.
Can these be connected in a 200w System? We Have Solar Generators we are testing for some companies and looking into high quality Portable Panels of at least 200w total.
he said he hooked it up to his battery and got 5+ amps?? I'm calling BS on that one! unless you have a MPPT controller that can operate the panel ABOVE battery voltage, at a real time PTC/ STC Vmp voltage.. You are getting a shat ton less! pull head out of asses please
The voice on this video is hilarious🤔😂😂😂 Are they making fun of the way Asia people talk or they actually put this video out without checking the grammar, hilarious!!
I heard that this method of fitting these panels, they over heat on hot sunny days to the point of destroying themselve, what is your view, I have purchased 4 of them and not sure of the correct way of fitting them
