I have 2 versions of php on my xampp, first php 8.1 second php 7.4. then I also have 2 versions of phalcon on my php, for php8.1 using phalcon 5.1, while for php 7.4 using phalcon 4.1. how do I select the phalcon & php version on the project I created, devtools only runs on phalcon 4.1 whereas if I run "$ phalcon create-project store" it will automatically use phalcon 5.1 ?
