Some times, it seems as tho bayer seems to use a limited amount of techniques in his chi sau , but that the simplicity of it, its not always about the amount of moves you got, but how gd you can use them, after all even a simple pawn can take down a queen on a chess board.
so annoying. every time the same combination Bong punch, bong punch, bong punch.... and the other techniques? wing tsun is not only this... i believe he is.good using the same 3 techniques and forcing the others to do the same 3 tec. so they become less various and more beatable... and he has from his part long time of train with same 3 tec. so he win obviously. i still attend to see real chi sao with all techniques (wu, tan, bong, pac, fuk, lan, etc.... and elbows too), and rotation at 45° ecc before this, i see only bullshit here. and he ever do push and retry, push and retry, in chi sao you must control with pressure, you must not push away and again the other ... its different. he is good in what he do, but what he do is not chi sao and not all the wt program. only a game for his fun... because he dont know the rest of the program. so many time waste. he dont feel what the other do and respond correctly, he force the other, with force, doing what he want... in street you get punched many times. you must feel and let go, not force the opponent movements.
Let me put it this way: we got jut sao, pak sao, bong sao, lap sao. If you look very closely you will notice wu sao (always there when the hand retracts) and huen sao.Pretty much all of the basics covered. Add superior footwork and you're good to go. There would have been tan sao and gan/gam sao if necessary - but it wasn't. Keep it simple. As far as "...he force the other, with force..." there was no force involved, only springiness...
Well if that's how you feel . Post a video of you on here doing your chi Sao and show us how it's done. By the way I'm not a student of Philip Bayer, but I do think his VT is good. I have seen many clips of other guys having a go with him and they are all unable to force Philip B to change what works for him. I'm sure after all the years he spent training with Wong Shun Leung, he has a lot more in his locker if needed. So show us how you look. If your prepared to knock someone, you should have something to back up your put down.
Bayer has mastered the three most important hand techniques in the wing chun system tan, bong, fook he could beat most opponents with them he just makes it look easy.
Yea right..... Let's see if he can move that 'fast' if the partner offers resistance! All his demo are the same old three moves repeated over and over! Lol!
Ivan Zupan go see boztepe my dear, not this bullshit. bayer know only bong sao and punch and sometimes tan. and the other fuckin techniques? he is so hard. he know only how to push the opponent. you must let him go, not push where u want. u must let go him where he want and let pass conterattacking.... this is only play with someone near to be stand there stopped.
@@ichimarugin1995 Plummer Park Hollywood around 1986 he was teaching people in the park he brought a big bag of equipment mitts striking pads sticks there was another guy that practiced in the park It was a shingyi player they pushed hands and boztepe lost repeatedly... He was pissed and claimed it was only because the other guy had long arms LOL
@@joanstone6740 boztepe in 1986 was only 25 so he was not that good for obvious reasons. He started wing chun in 1980 So it can be a defeat. Today is a different thing cause his abilities are obviously become greater. But only 6 years of wing chun he was just a student so it's common a defeat. Nothing strange.
for those who dont understand the italian, it says he is a student of master wong shun leugn who has passed away, he was a student of yip man also passed away
I love this kind of couching and training. This is great way... and Philipp is inviolable in ving tsun! Structure, speed, balance, focus, strength and power! All in one :)))
