What gets me is that we don't actually know if the shot could have even hit Grogu while he was in his Forcefield. Din Djarin couldn't reach him. I would assume the Dark Troopers wouldn't be able to either, but they got their after the shield went down.

I can't believe they drew all of us in with this badass version of the character and then immediately clipped his balls and cucked him in his own show... So sad

Boba's show was badly planned. And rushed through. Kinda like Mando S2. It wasn't all bad, but they didn't take a step back to think about what they were creating. I don't mind Boba running with the Tuskens, but people aren't ready for that yet. The show should have also pushed his experience and damage from the Sarlacc a lot more. Explain why he appears weaker than before. Not to forget, it needs the support of 'pre sarlacc bad ass Boba that is practically non-existent in canon. Nobody is really to blame here. With Mando 1 Filoni and Favreau displayed a masterpiece and I'm sure they could've done this well if they had the time. However, Disney's corporate nature forces them to push out things sooner without considering the grand scope of things.
As if Fennec couldn't put one through his spine 😂, listen Mando is GOOD and his armour is the best quality you can get but nothing is perfect and she's got the drop on him, storyline aside this scene doesn't make sense.
