Boy that Can't hook is great brother. I've never seen one. I've always picked up one end of the log and slide another piece of cut wood under it ,if it wasn't to heavy but thet thing gets it right up there. That's a good amount of wood.

You reminded me I need to get some firewood split. It’s already split in large pieces but I like burning smaller logs to burn. Small cabin does not take a lot to heat. One hit burn for a few hours and it stays warm all day. Now I need to get going on mine. BTW. I Like the ball cap.

Thank you for watching Becky, we enjoy the wood heat during the cold months. I used to fell most of my firewood, I'm blessed to have a neighbor that's a logger and keeps us supplied with firewood poles, much easier. Yuvonca and I will have quite a bit to split. God bless.
Actualy this was very not boring to me , bro. Long story short ive been stuck in an apartment by myself .. and i long for the days and situations when i did such work . Believe me its a blessing .. like Ecclesiastes says . Im "retired" in an apartment nowdays. This was relaxing and cool. Come Lord Jesus

Yes I did quite a bit yesterday and again this morning. We are gearing up to start a splitting bonanza lol. The cool mornings and evenings has sure been a blessing.
Anything that had worms next year get BT. Spray the leaves the worms bite it and die. I only had to spray several times during the season and had massive cabbage heads. A great success. No cabbage worms. Also use on your broccoli , cauliflower or tomatoes. Anything they gets worms. It really works and is safe to spray. My hens love the large cabbage leaves. Once I harvest the heads they get the rest of the plant. It’s like candy to them.
My chickens would have loved the plants from the garden. Ok. I'll try to remember BT. I did use diatomaceous earth on them early on, and it worked good. But I didn't keep it up and they devoured them. 😞 I didn't have anything eat on my tomatoes or peppers.
Beautiful! I have been reading "The Hiding Place," by Corrie Ten Boom. I think this is my 3rd time reading it. It should be absolute reading for every kid when they are in high school. I am sure you are familiar with the book. I couldn't help but cry when they were having that 100 yr. anniversary for the watch shop and she said, "How could we have guessed, as we sat there, that this white haired man, known as Grandfather to every kid in Haarlem, how could I imagine this man thrown into a grave without a name? How could she have guessed that her sister Betsie, who had the gift to bring beauty to everyone around her, would stand naked in a room full of men? How could they know that anguish, horror, and heaven was just around the corner?" Well, I shortened it some, but you know that is how it feels now, that we sure don't know what is around the corner, I mean we never do, but with the world right now it is scary. God bless. ❤❤
@@rachelphelps6347 I haven't read it! I need to get it and read it. I use to read all the time. I love books! But I haven't read anything (other than the bible) in years. @@ourkentuckyhome771 Can't believe you haven't read it. I highly recommend it. I found this copy at the thrift store and it is signed by Billy Graham. I have a copy already, but bought that one too. She is a Holocaust survivor. They lived in Holland, and they hid Jews in their home, but they were not Jews. They were sent to prison camp and it tells of what she went through there. Just horrible. Google Corrie ten Boom and you can read about her.
can confirm! i just had my first egg yesterday and my chicken was doing this for a few days before when i would go to pick her up.. i was wondering why she was doing that until i watched this video lol.
