Who was the pianist that played this for storage on the software ? The piano is reproducing what the pianist did to play it initially .

Flawlessly... There's this whole culture behind classical music that it all needs to be played exactly the same or else it's not special. I like to listen to different recordings of the same song played by different musicians simply because the instruments are different and no matter how well you're trained you'll never play the same piece the same way ever again, this is perfect in the sense that the tempo and notes are exact , but the rules of time in chats are not what define music.

@PiotrBarcz

The first self contained player piano was built in 1901, the tech has been around for 121 years, it doesn't take long to get used to it xD

@PiotrBarcz
@PiotrBarcz Год назад
@@user-ix5rq5wf8v On the contrary, Ampico and Duo-Art player pianos from the 1910s could reproduce performances perfectly and had great dynamic control. The Duo-Art could only do 16 levels of loudness but that was because it used a binary system, however, the Ampico had crescendo valves that allowed it to have an infinite precision factor for reproducing any pianist's performance perfectly.
