The on my first run, I said “screw it, I ain’t no b, I’m a RE4 Veteran, I’ve passed the original 100 times!” so I chose Hardcore over normal mode. Bro I got so fked up in every part of the village leading towards the cabin, and by the time I reached this point, I had no heals, 0 shotgun shells, 0 rifle ammo, and one full clip of a the Sentinel Nine. I sold EVERYTHING I had to upgrade my empty shotgun’s power, fix my knife and buy the flash bang recipe. I died maybe 30 times on my first run, it was absolutely insane!! At one point I was ready to accept defeat and bump down to a normal run, but I kept trying. I perfected the routine I needed to grab everything on the ground/crates, from starting the match by asking Luis for ammo, to blocking two windows and blowing up the third within the first 15 seconds. Everything else after that was entirely up to luck, nothing else. If a crate didn’t drop shotgun shells, my chance of success was next to NONE and in the end it literally really felt like ashley saved my ass because I was on 1%, no heals, 3 bullets on my handgun and fkn trembling from the damn adrenaline to make EVERY SINGLE SHOT COUNT. The remake absolutely knocked the cabin part OUT of the park, it was so damn intense. The chants getting louder at the end really had me feeling like I was about to get fken sacrificed, shit was absolutely legendary. I played it with the original RE4 soundtrack, but I’ll have to go back and play it with this song, as I have a spare save on Hardcore right before the village that I keep just to play the villa over and over again 😂 APRISA! APRISA! SE ESCAPAN LOS CORDERILLOS!!! 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️
This sequence was a pile of garbage in the remake but the audio was top notch. If the house was just a bit bigger it would fix all of its problems. The original you had ample room to move and react.
@@Kiwi-ym8ps I've beaten this game on professional multiple times and am in the top 2% of all steam players. It doesn't change the fact that this sequence is what you are in comparison to me: Bad.
@@Kiwi-ym8ps I can prove it to you, you literal mouth breather. I'm complaining about the space, because there is barely any space, novel concept right? Like tell me you haven't played on professional let alone the OG for that matter without telling me. So yes, it is right, and it is coming from the guy whose better than you, has the receipts to prove it AND I never ONCE said this sequence was hard, just that it's terribly designed, because it is. So eat my ass 🤣🤣🤌
I wish this game had like a mercenaries type mode with the cabin siege Doing this intense fight, even longer with the same music and chanting with two characters would be so fun.
Damn...I can´t even say how hard it was for me this part. I was playing on Hardcore and i die like 5 times when that pig asshole show up. What a great remake this was
This is the theme that plays when the lobster battleship known as MG Excelsus got access the the nanomachines instead of armstrong. Now that I think about it, that would be an interesting fight.
the fact that the villagers begin to increase in number, getting into the cabin while the music becomes more and more intense, and then the next phase begins where they go up the stairs to the second floor and then you even see the villagers fall from the chimney, further up The villager with the head of a cow arrives, and apart from that you hear that song. Literally here they made the villagers into fanatical murderous maniacs who urge you to kill you and take Ashley. If you think about it, in the original they are some old people who give up in this part, and here in the remake they are really desperate and eager to destroy you.
