While all of my real estate and Trust experience is on the land of North America, common law Trusts work globally wherever there are or have been courts of equity. Research your country!
On a somewhat different topic, there have been reports of someone in California who will sign a lease with the owner of property in which squatters have moved and in which the owner is experiencing severe difficulties to evict them, sometimes for very long periods of time. Supposedly as a tenant rather than the owner, he has every bit as much right to be there as the squatter claims to have. Thus, he can move in and make life difficult for the squatter and they apparently leave pretty quickly. So this is just naive speculation. If the buyer was the trust which then leased the property to the owner of the trust (or whatever you call him), would the owner then, as a tenant, have every right to enter the property even if there are squatters there and live there and make life difficult for the squatters?
Wow, wild times. Trustees have the ability to live on the estate owned by the Trust, based on the Trust Constitution. You don't see lease agreements though. So, I'm not sure about your question but I could see this strategy working well. Put the property in a Trust, show up as the Trustee acting for the benefit of the Beneficiaries, and the game changes✨
@@natalierosemartin The idea of the lease agreements would be to give the trustee tenant's rights on the same footing as the tenant's rights claimed by many squatters. The squatters often claim to have leases. The lease are often just forgeries they made to get tenants rights. In some cases, the "leases" may be with some fraudster who leased the property to the person, took the money, and ran. In either case, the lawful owner generally is going to have to go to court to evict them and many courts seem overly willing to take the squatter at their word, not the owner. So the idea is for the owner to have tenant's rights on the same level as those claimed by the squatters and be more free to act to get rid of the squatters.
@@ej2953 Thanks for the clarification! I'm not familiar with the practice of a Trustee leasing the Trust estate - though it's worth a try! However, acting as Trustee comes with its own weight, and if the property is actually owned by a Trust, the squatter or "leasee" wouldn't have a lease with the actual owner...
what do you recommend if someone is already a w2 employee for a large corporation and is currently having taxes taken out of each direct deposit paycheck?
I would speak with HR to see if you can re-do your withholdings, and/or you can file for a return of withholdings along with the W-8BEN! That would be similar to my filing using form 1040, but you would fill it out for a return instead of $0000000.
I love honey comb imagery! I think that the space created and made possible by the integrity of the walls is an excellent metaphor for what I call Sovereign Unity. @NatalieRoseMartin: I guess a Grantor cannot be a beneficiary as well in an Express Pvt Trust? Can I be a beneficiary (of my property which is mortgage free) and have a Will stipulating that upon my death, I cede my property/assets to my children? Can I be Trustee and Beneficiary, and can my children be Trustees and Beneficiaries, or can the latter part be covered by the Will in the formation of the Trust (in its documentation)? Do I still need to get an "outsider" to be Trustee? How safe would a Will on its own be, regarding protecting my property?
My understanding is wills go through probate and a Trust eliminates probate, that's the advantage of a Trust over a will. I believe that your estate would be taxed if you only had a will. If you put your estate in a Trust, then ownership doesn't change upon your death, and no taxes are charged. I don't recommend being Grantor or Beneficiary of a Trust when you are in the Trustee role. I would have a friend grant the Trust and have your kids be co-trustees, with their (born or unborn) children as the beneficiaries (or another young family member). It is always recommended to have a co-Trustee who is not related by blood or marriage. Amazing that you don't have a mortgage! An excellent situation for creating a Trust 🙌
Yes!! If things are off with work it's Always a Need to go out More into Nature. Just this month it's become very obvious. We do unplug the Internet whenever we sleep or aren't using it, but need the airplane on more often. Oh and yesterday I did the pelvis above the head and gave my son a whole lesson on it. It's what I used to do all the time as a child.
To my understanding it can be filed at any time! I just happened to need to address the 1040 so I sent them together. If you wanted to file for a return of withholdings, I'd send them together for that as well, and then change your withholding status with any employer so you don't have to file anymore.
So did the filling last year and this is what I got in my mail a year after the refund: Based on Internal Revenue Code Section 6702, Frivolous Tax Submissions, we determined the information you filed as a purported tax return, is frivolous and there is no basis in th law for your position. What is this mean and what do you recommend?
I'd need more information to tell you how I would proceed for myself. Did you actually deposit/demand lawful money the previous year? Was it documented well? Are you attempting to receive a refund, or are you just not paying?
@@natalierosemartin For my 2022 taxes, I printed all my pay stubs, stamped them with "DEPOSITED FOR CREDIT ON ACCOUNT REDEEMED IN LAWFUL MONEY PER 12 U.S.C. § 411" in red ink, and signed them, because I paid taxes in 2022. Sent all the stamped paystubs including a form sent to the IRS, got my refund, no issues. Couple of weeks ago, they hit me with a frivolous warning letter, no details on why. I just faxed them back asking what's up with that.
@@Lanos666 I can help I think. Theres an explanation of what to do , let me find the document in my PC here and I will tell u where to find it. Dont panic. The letter has been dealt with before you arent the first so we have an example to go by and it was successful, I will be back with the name of the document.
The YT algorithm is doing light work now. I've been smoking weed for 13 years now, a daily smoker for IDk 8? At first, I thought it was an aid to my spiritual journey, now its the opposite. I also believed it was not addicting, it IS. We are doing great disservice to the plant because it IS medicine, and it should be treated as such, but we took away its altar and now we use it literally like candy. I feel numb now when I smoke, and it doesn't make me happy at all. Thank you for this. it's just what I've been thinking for a while now. Im going to do my best and quit, just as I quit smoking cigarettes. Although I know it will be harder.
@natalierosemartin Hey! It's going good actually. I stopped the daily smoking, even weekly smoking. I've had like 2 joints in the last 2 months, which I had out of feeling overwhelmed with life. Both times I ended up regretting it because of the anxiety it causes me now. So now I'm doing my best to just stay away from it and fight off the eventual cravings. It's becoming a lot easier though!

Have you ever gotten a letter form IRS? I received a letter from IRS today. What’s interesting is that they already accepted last year and got the refund but now they are saying that I filed a purported tax return.
