The casita is just a bedroom with an en suite. I believe the word casita means small house or cottage. The house is a mix bag. Nice to have a slider in your bedroom. But a fridge in the washroom is great but it’s so far away to be useful
Needs a bigger bench in the Primary shower and have a hand held sprayer along with being a steam shower as well. Very high home price for mas produced features.
Hi@@davidharris7235, and thanks for watching! The cost for furniture in model homes can swing widely. If we're talking about luxury or custom pieces, expect to pay anywhere from $5,000 to upwards of $20,000 or more for a full set. However, if you're eyeing mid-range or catch a good deal like floor models or sales, you might furnish a model home for significantly less, sometimes even half that price or better. It really depends on the brand, custom vs. standard, and whether you're buying at a discount.
Hello @@sibun7153, and thank you for watching! Yes, providing room dimensions is an important factor when viewing a house from a screen. It helps the viewers visualize the square footage of the room. 😊
Thanks for watching,@@Red-n5r and I appreciate the comment! In model homes, Builders like to showcase a variety of flooring options to suit different tastes and budgets. This model features tiles, which offer a classic and durable finish. However, they also have other models equipped with luxury vinyl planks, providing a modern look with the ease of maintenance. Each has its own charm and benefits. 😊
Thank you for watching,@@avatarguru4214! Which part of the house is your favorite? Toll Brothers did a great job with this floor plan and interior design.
Definitely, @avatarguru4214! Thank you for watching! I have 2 more coming up that belongs with the Crestline collection. Please subscribe to my channel, if you haven’t, and get notified when a new post comes out! 😊
Do love a lot about the Pulte homes. It’s a very large space. Can’t imagine the cost of air conditioning this square footage especially the upstairs. Think single stories are much better lifestyle living in hot desert climates
Hello @skylove1336, and thanks for watching! You're spot on about single-story living in desert climates... Less volume to cool, less energy spent. It's like choosing between cooling a shoebox or a cathedral. However, for those who dream of grand staircases and upstairs mysteries, there are solutions. Zoned HVAC systems, for instance, let you cool only what you use, turning your home into a series of micro-climates. Modern homes nowadays, are increasingly designed with energy efficiency in mind. We're talking about the kind of insulation that could keep an igloo frosty in the Sahara 😃. Plus, with advancements in building materials and technology, you might just find your energy bills not as astronomical as you'd fear for such square footage.
Hi@@onemighty5842, and thanks for watching! For the RV Garage half only, the approximate dimensions are 18' wide x 42' long. The tandem garage beside it is 14' wide x 38' long. Text or call me at 702.565.7100 if you’d like to see it in person. This property is definitely worth seeing!
Hello there, @JustBeingLL, and thank you for watching! The Aspect model is located in Elk Ridge Community. Please reach out to me if you'd like to see it in person.
Whoa... the interior designer of this luxury home, the color plus the carpet used speaks of a soft personality 10/10...breathtaking also the balcony & the covered patio but a pool is missing.
Hi and thank you for watching, @mymydeliliah! Absolutely agree on the 10/10 for the soft vibes! Even though the pool is missing in this model home, the lots available have potential for a future pool build.
Hi @THE.MICHAEL.ANGELO, I appreciate that and thank you for watching! Yes, they have a 5 bedroom model and it is the Contour floor plan. Hey there @jeffzawislak1737, thanks for stopping by and sharing your thoughts! I totally get where you're coming from with the price point on a Pulte home in Summerlin. It's true, not everyone's cup of tea, especially when you're looking at that kind of investment. Here's the thing though, real estate is all about what fits your lifestyle, budget, and future plans. Summerlin, especially this zip code, has its unique allure. The amenities, the community vibe, and let's not forget, the Vegas lifestyle without the Strip's chaos. For some, the price might seem steep, but for others, it's about the value they see in the location, the builder's reputation, or maybe even the long-term appreciation potential. Plus, there's something to be said about living in a place that's considered 'the top' in its area. But hey, real estate is personal. If it's not your jam, totally respect that! There's a whole world of options out there. Maybe you're eyeing something with more character, a different vibe, or just a better price-to-value ratio elsewhere. Thanks again for the feedback. It's always interesting to hear different perspectives, and who knows, maybe your comment will help someone else make their decision. Keep exploring, and hopefully, you'll find that perfect spot that clicks for you!
❤Builders are so quick today to attach a million+ to a project. This home was decent, and It meets low level expectations of what people are looking for. It falls beneath the 2 million in its design overall design aesthetics. It puts me in the mindset of a over embellished ttrailer. Not worth 2 million in my opinion. I'd offer 750k
@@m.rodrigolemus6224, thanks for the kind words about the house! You've got a point about the amenities; for a place at this price point, expectations are naturally high. Interestingly, the design choices in homes at this level can vary widely. Some buyers prioritize space, others luxury finishes, and some, like you mentioned, specific amenities like elevators or top-tier laundry facilities. In this case, the layout might have been optimized for other features or perhaps the lot size or architectural style dictated certain compromises. It's also possible the owners or the builder had a different vision for what constitutes luxury or functionality. But you're right to bring it up. It's a great reminder that when we're looking at high-end properties, the 'standard' amenities can and should be extraordinary. Maybe this sparks a conversation about what should be considered 'standard' in luxury homes moving forward. Thanks for sharing your thoughts! It's these kinds of discussions that help evolve what we expect from high-end real estate. Keep the feedback coming; it's invaluable for creators like me and for potential buyers or homeowners looking to invest in their dream home.
I’m glad you noticed that! The open layout really integrates the kitchen and pantry into the heart of the home, doesn't it? It's designed for that seamless flow and social interaction. Thanks for pointing it out!
Now that's perfect the price is a lot more than I was expecting but I understand by what the house offers but I appreciate the video and the house if I am interested with my funds I will let you know guaranteed P.S. that garage area is incredible
Hi@@SIRXMAN, thank you for watching! My apologies for that. I’ll dig through my videos and will send it to you if I find it. I have another one that has an RV parking. Please watch here when you get a chance and let me know what you think. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uCrfsu9EvNI.htmlsi=adVzPyWFGiGPD7Mp
I like so many things with the home.... office and main bedroom are closer to each other and no bathroom too close to the office is a plus for me... I have some terrible extended family members that would go in my office if the half bath is close to it...I like that the other bedrooms are far away from main... I snore very loudly... like its a one story.... like its big enough but not too big... like the garage, kitchen, and layout overall...then there are thing I will need to see can be remedied... the tree house is a nope... solution for me would be to get larger bushes or taller fence so neighbors can't see into my back yard.... I like to swim in the buff.... LOL....It is too close to traffic ... my solution would be to break down walls and super sound proof the entire home... that level of crazy...LOL...too close to power line... I would pay to have them placed into the ground... then there are things that would make me not purchase.... such as.... is the HOA A holes... then there's the property being at the start of the neighborhood... and the price is a bit too high for me where it comes to these negatives and many of them being potential solvable or making things less of a nuisances ... also... if HOA or neighbors are A holes.... that would be a no deal for me.... not sure the temperament of the people within the area.... but if something is annoying me I have to say something to those that are causing the "it"...Other than that it could be a wonder home for 2.8Ms max for me because I would need the other M or 3 to revamp some things... LOL
layout of the house is very nice except for that small enclosed area of the masterbedroom (9:13) that features a dead tree next to the bed is very creepy...
