I've had a weighted hula hoop for about 12 years and use it from time to time with the same workout. Now I found you! This is by far the best hula hoop workout I've found yet! It's fun, moves along, is challenging and the music is peppy, too! It's going to help with my belly dancing that I'm going back to in 2 weeks after major foot surgery! At 68, I've still got the moves!
Man I love this and love the talking but I absolutely hate the EXTREMELY loud horrific music haha. But I really love the workout! Just wish I could follow along and also listen but the music gets SO MUCH louder than the talking and I seriously dislike it hah
Exactly what I was looking for 😀 Now I am not going to get bored after 2 minutes of hooping 😀 Was curious if I can last 15 minutes, and yes I did! Woo-hoo!😀 Thank you!!
Beginner hoola hooper here! Super fun and has been a great way to build up my co-ordination. Thank you 😊 Edit: It's been over 1 month now and I've massively improved. My core is much stronger and my posture is better 💪

Mình thay đổi 2 bài tập cardio sang tập lắc vòng như vid hôm 14/3/22 - 29/3/22 và công nhận rất có hiệu quả, mỡ bụng mình rất khó giảm luôn mà hnay cảm nhận k còn mỡ chơi đùa cùng mình như mọi khi :)))) người nhẹ hẳn ra. Mình tập 2 lần/ngày, có 2,3 hôm mình tập 3 lần, mỗi lần tập 15' như vid, rất vui, mặc dù nóng nóng+mồ hôi chảy quá trời, nhất là lưng. Chỗ mình mưa hôm 30/3-1/4 hơi lạnh nên mình đang tạm nghỉ tập :))
