Your chops are truly something Ms Foley and the lines reflecting back to Albert King and Elmore James speak to your honouring the blues masters great work
Respectfully, dig deeper than SRV. I saw him live, 5 times from ‘83-‘90, (opening for the Moody Blues to co-headlining with Joe Cocker). Jimmie’s the superior Blues guitarist to his little brother & he’d tell you the same thing. Sue’s always been a Blues guitarist, NOT a blues rocker.
Best lineup The Wheel ever had was when Cindy Cashdollar was on the steel. Almost 9 years of continuity with a few reunions thrown in since. Ray and she played off each other beautifully. Doesn't get any better!
je suis fan dès que j'ai découvert ce groupe ,tellement innovant magifiquement orkestré ,leur musique est pre et exclusive ,j'en raffole ,classe : décoiffant!!!!

I have seen other videos where he demonstrates his setup and it is pretty basic. Just goes to show you do not need a fancy, elaborate setup to get great sound. Of course, it helps to have BB King level talent. Kingfish already a legend and still under 25!
Saw this young fella at the Coach House in San Juan Capistrano- he's the real deal. He makes it his own, but you can hear influences from not only the blues greats, but early George Benson to Theolonius Monk as well. Those guys where he grew up really gave him some background on top of tremendous talent. And he's a damn good showman.
