Incredible video, SuperMarcelWorld. Looking forward to seeing your next upload from you. I smashed the thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the fantastic work! The way you analyzed the character's descent into madness was spot on. Do you think the film's commentary on celebrity culture adds another layer to its horror elements?
@@skaarahoon7635 thanks so much, it’s my pleasure. Brainscan deserves all the love. Feel free to check out my brainscan instagram page “@brainscan_movie” Greetings
@@SuperMarcelWorld If you finish the brain scan screenplay, I'd love to be a beta reader. I also have written two novels, horror, and sci-fi horror. 🤓😎
Another great Interview Marcel! 👍 Now you need Edward Furlong, T. Ryder Smith, Michele Pelletier, and Frank Langella to complete the Brainscan game! I have total faith in you to get it done! 👊
@@tahj727 Thank you! I’ve talked to Edward but he’s very busy. Maybe in the future? I’ve had a bit of contact with T. Ryder but without success. I’ll get to Michele soon!😘 thx again
Just keep on keeping on Marcel and I'm sure ⚡⚡ will strike in your favor! Really enjoyed these two interviews and hope to see some more down the road. ✌🤘👍
While a lot more light hearted and didn't know which direction it wanted to go to halfway through; the funny almost over the top acting from Willie and the blank expression/stare from Alex played the role of a released mental institute patient well trying to adjust back into society like how Norman had to in psycho 2. There were comedic moments and the awkwardness reminded me of Twin Peaks or a similar show. Made for tv movie, one of my favorite "so bad it's entertaining" watched it/listened to it onboard while I was underway back in 2019 across the sea, comfort movie. I can see why some may not like it though but to me it was different in it's own way unique.
Definitely a Reboot of Terminator 3 have Sarah and John Conner on The Road after The Events of T2 Sarah is still alive and she’s in her Early or Mid 30’s or 40’s and John is still around but he’s an actual Teenager this time and that could make him ether 15 or 16 unless he’s a Mature Teenager so say that he’s 17 or 18 and he looks for a Girlfriend/Future Wife but Skynet is trying to Comeback from it’s Grave and They Need Make sure that Judgement Day will Never Happen if The Future is not set!
I even go so far as to suggest that there never was any drowning. For some reason Jason just disappeared for a few hours, fooling around, like many children do, and his mother, not well in the head, jumped to the conclusion that he had drowned. I do agree with you... we don't need all the details, but somehow it has to make sense. Greetings from Brazil, everyone.
Jamie still sounds and looks like he did in Brainscan, just a little older. If Edward Furlong lost a little weight, they could literally play themselves again in Brainscan 2!
Small suggestion/ idea: What if we could make skynet have a voice? Sorta like AM since skynet was conceptually what AM from I have no mouth but I must scream basically was It doesn’t need a face of course, but what if we’re given a voice? So many films make ai just cold and calculated, I feel this could add more to it even as a AI and not a human
@@SuperMarcelWorld guess that’s fair, I think we can all agree tho that practicals the way to go tbh- Which- tbh if I were to say how I’d probably approach an idea on how we could get another terminator film that feels more back to basics… hear me out on this. What if we go back further in time more toward the story of reeces parents or somethin? Have it be a prey from the predator franchise kinda vibe? That’s really more conceptual but honestly with the whole time travel mechanic you could kinda do a lot with it, even with the rules set in place I will say tho if I ever did get the chance to work on a terminator sequel, I’d find a way to basically retcon a lot of the terminator films excluding one and two, in a way where, while they did technically happen, this films reset would make it feel more back to basics, more on the practical side and less on flairs Which is honestly what I meant by pulling a prey tbh I’d definitely try to call back to the horror themes of the first, with updated practical effects and minimal cgi
@@skelebonez1349 Don't you think going THAT far back in the past is a stretch? Watering it down too much? Personally i wouldn't want to see that. But i totally agree on going back to the horror/dark theme, make it scary and Rated R.
@@SuperMarcelWorld yeah the Reece things admittedly a stretch but. I definitely think a more back to basics smaller budget kinda film that has more of a horror vibe would work well tbh, Personally I’d honestly reboot the entire franchise Lowkey with how just. Really messy it all is
I don't think Eddie could do it, he's been too affected by the drugs. It'd come off as an eccentric drug addict in a lead action role, you can't have that. If they could CGI him that'd be great, but the tech isn't there for that right now. Also, Terminator 2's adult John looked NOTHING like Eddie, so I think fans would be okay with a lookalike of T2's Adult John instead of Eddie. The Terminator: Resistance video game did an AMAZING job of nailing a "third" Terminator movie, which was set in Cameron's future war, and while John was in the story he wasn't the main character. The new main character had a love story plotline, much like Sarah and Kyle, which grounded the game and kept it focused on the characters. I think if they adapted that game into a movie, it'd be a perfect ending to the franchise.
Eddie has been clean for years. I honestly think he CAN do it. I’m actually sure of it. He’s done some great titles and worked with the best names. I’ve played that game too! Was pretty good actually!👍🏻
@@SuperMarcelWorld do you really think Eddie's a good fit for Adult John? The canon Adult John from T2 is tall, slim, athletic, good looking, and has zero features in common with Eddie. As much as I love Eddie, he looks a mess even after cleaning up (which I'm happy for him), the bags under his eyes could hold a full cart of groceries. Not saying looks are everything, but there's no way he's getting a lead role in a mainstream Hollywood production in this day and age unless he got major plastic surgery
@@BigSplenda1885yes i have faith in him. As i said in the video, they’ll give him the hollywood-treatment, so a personal trainer and maybe a lift, i don’t know.
Thank you so much for giving this movie a good review. I saw it back in july and I loved it. can't understand why Many of the other critics are knocking it.
@SuperMarcelWorld Thank you for emailing me back. But like I said Thank you so much for your review. Although what surprised me Was after Indiana Jones being around so long Why did the fans even listen to the critics to begin with?
@@timgann5889 i hope fans DON’T listen to critics. I’m pretty sure they don’t (in my experience). Fans will go see it anyways, that’s why they’re fans. But i guess the average moviegoer didn’t feel for it. I also think there’s a oversaturation of movies in general. Back in the day you had 2 blockbusters in a summer… Look what we have now. There’s a new one every 2 weeks😂 People are forced to chose how to spend their hard earned cash. Going to the theater ain’t a chip trip. Same goes for me, i pick my top favorites to go see and the rest will have to wait for digital/streaming:
@SuperMarcelWorld I agree completely. I also heard Indiana Jones movie is doing quite well Downloading it And streaming it. I mentioned I saw it back in july and Monday at 12 PM it cost $10. I keep wondering whether it actually costs more friday or Saturday night?
Sorry to burst your bubble but i’m not in the minority. Just read reaction beneath the trailer, in the comments of news-sites etc. ALLOT of people are VERY negative about it. And while i don’t think it’ll even come NEAR the original masterpiece, i’m still hoping it’ll be GREAT. This trailer just didn’t do it for me. Maybe the next trailer will…
I like this and this is a different timeline the new trilogy are sequels to the original dismissing the original sequels they pick up after the ist film 50 years on can’t wait for this
IMO😜
I rememer having a massive crush on Amy from watching Brainscan. She's aged really well. I've always been fascinated with Brainscan as a film so thanks for doing this interview!
