First time to your channel. I'm excited for recipes just like this to help me "weather" the holidays. I used to eat PB straight outta the jar. So this should be a real treat. We're having a 60th B'day this wknd. Maybe I'll do a little test drive with them? See how they go?! Tfs... Blessings from Iowa, L
I make a similar fudge, make 30 in my little silicone muffin pans. Freeze and top with a drizzle of melted sugar free milk chocolate. I don't miss my peanut butter cups anymore, 2 cups a serving just like Reeses. I add more butter, 12 tbsp instead of the 8. Other than that, same recipe.
Is it possible to counteract the aftertaste of using zero-carb sweeteners? (Is that aftertaste something one gets used to eventually?) I always use less swerve/monk-fruit/stevia/allulose than any given recipe calls for, but the taste is still present. I tweak recipes. Add more fat or salt or combine sweeteners, I am at a loss for what to do. Is there anything that can be done other than adding trace amounts of cane sugar or maple syrup? As I side note: i don't have any dog deadly sweeteners on hand.
I'm not OCD but putting your fingers all in there is gross I wouldn't eat that 💩after you've done that and licked your fingers and slobbered all in it 🤮🤮🤮🤮

How wonderful! I have made this a number of times to get through the "Candy" holidays. I cut my pieces much smaller. Way too sweet otherwise for me. Thank you. Love that peanut butter as well.
I’m looking at the Walmart site for this peanut butter. I think I found it but it says 7g carbs per 2 TABLESPOONS!! Where are you getting less than 1gm from???
This recipe looks great. Does anyone know how much peanut butter is needed? A jar doesn't help me because I need to know how much was in it , we do not have anything like that where I live. My natural peanut butter is in a 1 litre container. 😁
