All the known evidence of MH370’s disappearance (the cutting of datalink contact, the major changes of trajectory on military radar, Inmarsat satellite communications with the plane, the long-distance flight, the absence of any large debris field, the analysis of the wreckage found on some coasts off Africa) proves murder-suicide by a capable pilot, and that all onboard died. The absence of almost all communication from MH370, and the flight at very high altitude after the datalink ended, surely means the crew and passengers died by anoxia after deliberate depressurization by the pilot. The captain, Zaharie Ahmad Shah was best placed to take control of MH370, he had far more flight experience than the co-pilot, Fariq Abdul Hamid, and his home flight simulator was found to show a trajectory into the Indian ocean, similar to the final flight: ( ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qjTVhSy8wLA.html ) Co-pilot Hamid attempted a call by cell-phone. It may never be possible to prove whether Shah, Hamid, or both, or even someone else, flew MH370 on its last flight; very probably it was Shah. It is not known to be possible to hijack and control planes by remote control. If a hacker had gained control, it is very hard to think the crew would have failed to inform air traffic control. Nothing even suggests terrorist action. Had there been a hypoxia event, a shooting-down, a hijack, a fire, a malfunction, or a crash after fuel exhaustion, the facts would have been different. Only the name and motive of the pilot who did this are not certain.
