It is not a crime to hire a woman as president in order to meet a requirement or a quota for the benefit of the company. That’s exactly what’s being done in business with the new ESG guidelines. People do it all the time in personal business matters, too. For example, someone can buy a new car using someone else’s credit. So, technically, the car is not theirs, but in practice it is. And they do that because their credit isn’t good enough to get a car loan, or to get a lower interest rate and monthly payment. People here acting like this isn’t done every day.
Her dad was an engineer, her mom wasn’t. She couldn’t have run jackshit EXCEPT the marketing and admin side. She was the president, but she’s not making any calls on the products or their implementation. It’s 100% copacetic to use her as president because the one requirement that most of these grants have is that the female in charge is on site at least 80% of working hours. Same thing happened to me on my flight to Puerta Vallarta. I had a nicotine vape on me and they charged me 20 bucks. I saw this clip before so I knew they were extorting me but I paid the dumb 20 bucks because I just wanted to get out of there after an 8 hour flight. That's how they do it. They eyeball how much you're worth and guess how much you're willing and able to part with without making too much of a fuss.
