That house looks ridiculous from the outside, the inside is ok for someone who doesn'tneed alot of space. But unless they're doing a whole neighborhood of these, they look horrible next to those other homes. And the price😂.
You didn’t show the pantry room off the kitchen with the additional sink and refrigerator space? Also, I’m guessing the flex space off the bar with the slider to side patio would be the 4th bedroom option? This is a great floor plan! My favorite feature is the tub & shower enclosed together which is called a “wet room.” Also, love a window in a “water closet” when the toilet is behind closed door. Thanks for this video!

Insane pricing and overly upgraded Builders making it impossible for a potential buyer to purchase a new home these days guess it's only going to get worse if our economy keeps spiraling out of control!
Pulte and Toll Bros outdid themselves with the models in Ascension. The designers did an awesome job showcasing their homes. Buyers need to be aware that their new homes will look nothing like the models. At that price point I feel that buyers need to leverage an interior designer to get the same look as the models. Excellent video as always, Jack. Prospective buyers are in good hands having you represent them.
Overall this looks really nice. Well specc'ed out and a great layout. The only real negative I see here is the size of the backyard. It's way out of scale for the home. Needs to be twice as deep. Anyway, thanks for the tour.
