Great video ! The vibes are overall pretty similar , after looking at the place in google earth the biggest difference between the game and real life seems to be the west park area , in the game the park area is huge and to the north east while in real life the part is smaller and to the north west .
Yeah, outside of fountains, it's hard to find. And even those used to have Mello Yello flavors that got discontinued. RIP Mello Yello Grape - you were the best.
I am taking my first trip to Japan in October, I'm heading straight to Yokohama to stay my first couple of nights. I'm going to use your videos to help me plan. Big fan of the Yakuza series, I'm so excited to see what it was based on in person. Thank you for all your hard work on this series!
The biggest difference I've noticed is that interestingly, real life Kabukicho seems to be emptier. I know it's probably more populated at night, but still in the Yakuza games, the streets were always filled with pedestrians, often so much so, that you couldn't move without bumping into someone.
That would be way better to deal with, if not make it downright easy. Mouse control in the House of the Dead remake on PC made that super simple to get through.
I spaced during filming this and forgot to finish my mask story, so I should finish that. When I got to Kamiawa Bar, I took my mask off, and noticed my beard was moist. Turns out that the mask was collecting condensation, due to the cold air & my breath. Fun! 😷
Man oh man. You have made me unreasonably happy with this. So surreal that I'm watching these 20+ years later now that my Japanese is, I would like to think, a little bit better. I started watching these around 8th grade or early high school with Kinpachi Sensei (back when it was Channel 18 and not 44), and some of these commercials have really stuck around and I remember a lot of these. I didn't see the commercial I was really looking for, which was a Yamamotoyama commercial (or maybe Aojiru?) that included the lines: "Number one!" "Gooooood!" "Totemo oishii desu ne!" But I do remember "Arigatou, ii kusuri desu!", and I recognize that guy, so good job on making that guy the thumbnail. Maybe the commercial's in another one of your uploads... (saw 'em all, it's not) I saw Koi ga Shitai back then too, and I was able to download the series from a torrent site called D-Addicts. I think I burned that to DVD somewhere. I did download its sequel, Motto Koi ga Shitai, but I lost it in a hard drive crash, and the guy who uploaded it is an insane prick who took down all his uploads for some reason, so no one's ever seeing it again. Not like he created the shows himself or anything, you know? Anyway, consider me subscribed.
just wanted to drop by and say that i was just in yokohama this past week and used this series as a guide to plan a little location spotting tour for myself. safe to say it was a great success and this series helped a ton! hoping to see more content like this from you in the future!
when will the construction be completed at Hiroshima Eki, I miss the old layout but the new concept should be more convenient and more of a Tokyo style ski like Shinjuku or Akihabara
If it's anything like Shinjuku Station, then Hiroshima Station will be in a constant state of construction. 😅 Shinjuku was under construction during my first visit in 2018 and still wasn't done as of 2023.
@@ancientflounder new layout will elevate the tracks for the hiroden, but Hiroshima doesn't have nearly the exits of Shinjuku should be finished next year
It's only missing a bunch of Chinese girls pretending to be Japanese asking you if you want happy endings, and African guys asking you if you want cheap drinks, and girls. 🤣
I think you can only assign like 12 songs at a time? It's a nice way to actually use the CDs, as opposed to just going to Survive to listen to them. They respawn a lot and are everywhere. But, mostly, the cases don't have anything really important.
Wow, awesome video! ¿do you know how many hours I've been at that park hunting bugs?😂😂 Looks very similar in real life. I'll go soon to see It with my own eyes 🤘🏻🤘🏻
