I know a guy online who was a self-described "sex addict." He knew that it was ruining his life and that he needed to change, but he'd never heard of semen retention. Day 107. “Until death, all defeat is merely psychological”🔥 I’m not out much but when I am it’s kinda wild. This past weekend was at water park and girl after girl gloving glances and eyes. Either good or bad I’m completely ready. September 11 defines my life. Mental warfare everyday. It’s a big topic of discussion in the SR community, but the hypothesis is that when you retain you actually will receive more negative attention from males than positive attention from females. Remember, most females are intimidated by men intense masculine energy (control over one’s natural domain). It makes them uncomfortable because you become independent, and women and wired to understand that they have to work harder to receive the things they desire from independent men, most notably easy non-sexual attention that women crave on the daily, thus, you’re of no interest. Ever notice women surround themselves with men that are loud, funny, outgoing, constantly engaging everybody? These men provide women the validation they need in the social sphere, but it doesn’t mean that those men have masculine energy. Most men on SR will actually experience hostility from both men and women, but more so men. In my experience…
And don`t look up for rap females... pay attention more on classy attractive feminine girls - sure you will recieve better experience. leave females from your past everyday life circle
I pick up on if a guys a hater or not by the first dap or handshake. If his hand shake is a little off or comes off as “weak” I will automatically assume deep down he doesn’t fwm. Firm handshakes can be a tell tale sign (not always, but 85% of the time) on if someone respects you.
I feel you bro. When you're on a long streak, your discernment is better. You can tell if somebody is right for you or not because energy doesn't lie. About your coworker, you gotta set boundaries,keep everything between work, & stop sharing the info. The reason he acts friendly so he can lower your guard & sabotage your growth. Crabs in the bucket mentality. Also, he tells the girls about your RU-vid thing. It only adds more value to you as a man because you're not being desperate like most men who lack sexual discipline. Once you been on the journey for a while you’ll definitely start to pick up on each person you interact with energy. You can tell a hater and a person who envy’s you from a mile away once you get exposed to it.
One way I picked up on was when someone is “joking” and the other person who is lowkey a hater laughs the hardest and is always throwing shade at you. Little slick comments here and there. Petty stuff.
