Some new rule can be added like - every bitcoin holder will get x number of transactions very fast monthly. Let's say 5 transactions per month. 60 transactions per year. If they do not use it and it will add to the next month or year. I mean those who make less transactions who receive certain benefits.
How is this not considered simply duplicating "wealth". Lets say Bitcoin had a value of 1000 dollars at the fork. And every holder of BTC got the BTC Cash in the same proportion, which would thereby have the same value at the fork, and then diverged up or down thereafter, then how is that not doubling a holders "wealth"? How does it not devalue both coins?

But that's not fair, imagine I built an innovative app, now the miners who are running the app get rewarded but the application creator gets nothing! I imagine there should be a way to incentivize the developer and protect application from stealing (basically if the app is duplicated with no additional features, it should be rejected by the chain) If this is done, app developers will be encouraged to develop these kinds of apps and this technology gets used in practice..

Love the concept of blockchain voting but online voting is crazy! Voter pay for play is just one major problem. Hey you, want to earn a 50(or insert amount), come over here and let me watch you vote. Vote for x here, here and here.... Great here's your payment. Voting MUST be done in a annomious fashion. Having said that, you could easily have mobile voting with "polls" coming to your neighborhood like the ice cream man. Time locks to post ALL votes after 7PM CA time so no one knows till last vote is cast in CA. All open source code for all to see and review before voting starts. Not perfect but a start of a concept
