I was interested in this game until i saw how few weapontypes there are in the game, then i saw there's no 2handed hammer or swords... Big phat disappointment. Also, i've read that all loot is damage based, whoever does the most damage on a mob, gets the loot...
one thing I would like to note is that progression does not flat stop there. Most of the merchants you can buy from there sell blueprints for things you can't get anywhere else such as the dispel magik card as well as my personal favorite, the charm of ammunition. There's just no reason to have a progression menu for it if you're going to talk to merchants at the watch anyway. This is the point at which things start becoming sidegrades rather than upgrades.
That is one of the gold guys in the desert realm, you can tell by them having a human skull mounted on their heads. Or use the telescope and point it at a group of gold metal guys. If there is one there they will show up.
@@TheRevPlaysyou have a higher chance at the fabled version in swamp hunt realms, may have to reload a realm or two to get one to pop in. The ones in the desert are most often the common ones, not the fabled.

I have watched loads of videos on RU-vid and they mention a "Simple Upgrade Bench" Apparently you can get the recipe from the Essence trader in the Antiquarian Realm however when I went to him he did not have that recipe. I am aware that loads of things have changed but I assumed that you would build the "Simple Upgrade Bench" and upgrade everything there before building a "Refined Upgrade Bench" and then upgrading them again before eventually building the "Excellent Upgrade Bench" to finally upgrade your items to purple tools/weapons/clothes. If things have changed how do you upgrade to the higher level items?
If you watch the video before this one, you see me use the spy glass and find the sun giant with it. Do the same thing but in the forest realm not the desert one.
The dice system alone nearly destroyed this for the, the rng forcing me to play the game in a hallway with some bologna traits is what put it in the grave not sure what the thinking was, took 2 of the worst possible mechanics and forced them onto the player it makes no sense to me, and completely ruined the experience before I could even start it, and then if that wasn't bad enough your character and crew get screwed up on top of it doing ... anything screws up you character, crew, endup with dead crew? You can't craft anymore... uuugh, wtf was the thinking???? Was the shit even playtested???
Hey man, so I recently bought this for PS5 and I'm enjoying it! The only thing is, I don't understand the weapon scaling. I went with foresight and it seems like there are no weapons so far for it. I just got past the sohn district. Maybe you can help me out? Sorry for the essay!
Foresight is for catalysts and occult weapons, all of which are ranged. Sear h White Prophet Hand and you will see how to get the earliest foresight weapon which is at the very beginning.
I've been using the disassemble axe, getting same mats back, and re-creating it consistently to build a good raft and major base. This game will become a major pain if they patch that.
i got the card. opened the portal at the end of the dungeon. it took me back to the main portal network. i activated the portal to the desert region. how do i complete the quest for activating the portal network or whatever? it just says activate portal network sylvan's cradle.
Thanks a LOT for this! I tried activating only the connected at first, but somehow missed one and was trying to read the runes coming out of the Altar 😂was much easier than I expected. With 0,6% Players even arrived this Map on Realms rebuilt (yet), i wasnt very confident to find a video about this. awesome!

Tried Boosteroid recently, and wow, it’s a lifesaver for my low-spec PC. Played a couple of demanding games with no issues whatsoever. If you’re struggling with an outdated system, this could be your best bet.
The biggest changes are in the main story and the upgrade trees. Thing feel more focused and balanced but, boy does the difficulty jump when you get to the Watch.
You might have to remake all your gear. First make sure your highest ranked weapon in in your hands. Then make sure that you have used the highest materials to make your clothing. Don't forget all the buffs you can craft and use on your gear.
