Before the ACL tear, Carson Wentz had the MVP award wrapped up. He’s never been the same since. It’s too bad because I thought when it was all said and done he would have had a great career, maybe a hall of fame career.
Ngl the dude walking after an Acl tear is tough but no way you guys saying these are bad or graphic injuries 💀and you guys still out here saying NFL is tougher or harder than rugby h these injuries aren’t bad or brutal
The Qb is having a full blown seizure and the announcers are saying it maybe a potential concussion. Things have really changed. I'm glad they are trying to change things to make it a little safer in such a violent sport.
The worst injury I've ever personally seen was Tyrone Prothro at Alabama in 2005. It was gruesome. When he came down on his leg you could see right away how devastating it was. A stadium with 100000 people in it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop
That was not a seizure. He was looking at his injured hand! He got a bobo! Again risk of the getting big bucks to play with a ball. I only counted four injuries. Ankle, concussion, ACL, hand they thought was a seizure????
Not that I wish injuries on anyone but that’s why they get paid the BIG BUCKS to play a stupid game!!!! Now that their time playing with a ball they can go sell used cars, bus tables or if lucky sell electronics like one ex pro I met.
Dude, I remember something similar happened with Tua from the Miami Dolphins like it did with Tom Savage! He had sustained a concussion a week or two prior to playing against my team (Cincinnati Bengals), and when he was tackled to the ground to his back if I remember correctly, his fingers looked all messed up and he couldn't stand up. I always thought that it could've been a really bad nerve injury to his spine, but now I realize it could've been an invisible seizure we didn't know about. But then again, I'm not a doctor.
Savage’s injury was not a seizure, its called a fencing maneuver, the person is passed out, and is caused by moderate to severe concussions, along with countercoup injuries.
