Hi, I tried to connect to the 2 IPs using Filezila, but something is not working because I can only see the 3 folders. I can't explore the root. I have a DJI Phantom 3 se. Other settings must be made in Windows. I have Windows 10 version.

I assume this is NOT the Black Sea. If it was, this ship would probably be on the bottom, or hiding up some river somewhere! The Russian Black Sea fleet is nowhere to be found!
Yes because the Moscow, which sank has 4 sister ships, the varyag is on of them, but also the Black Sea fleet is very visible and is what provides destruction on Ukrainian military points
As with many vessels in the Russian Navy, she appears to be suffering from a lack of maintenance. There is NO reason for a properly maintained Gas Turbine (or any other) propulsion plant to be leaving a trail of smoke floating halfway across the harbor. I have NEVER seen anything more than a very light haze off the stacks of any US warship.
