Worst case scenario insurance will cost you $200 per month which should make your total outgo of just 500 a month instead of 1500 for rental.

It’s fine to identify as the opposite gender it’s not fine when you use it as a excuse to be it the opposite gender room biology your a male and you have to go to the male’s bathroom or locker room same with women that identifies as a male I don’t care what gender you think you are the rooms are labeled for a reason
