So RWBY set1 doesn’t have standby support cards, so the pop back on CX placement is phenomenal. The Nora Riki is stupidly good and it’s what this set needs. The Hazel can be used with an Adam that’s got the 02 sack to plus so you can effectively make him a “on play” effect. Ruby 2/2 is just Tohka from DaL1 8SB. The Tyrian ep is the money card of this set. I want 8 of him. The cinder 3/2 is basically the “fumio” of the set, allowing for a “stock swap and fumio” play if you have the resources. The lvl3 Ruby combo is really cool. Makes the Ruby set one combo free, where it missed out on an attack and stock. Really curious to see what’s in blue
what seriously that should've been Shonen Jump over there i want Weiss Schwarz cards with Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, Dragon Ball and many more titles on the same Booster Set or Trial Deck

She can swap with any character regardless or her or the targets position on the stage. This might be helpful incase you standby a character in the back row you want to put in the front row (mainly being 3/2 Luna). Ideally, you would want to use her effect in a way that create bad attacks for your opponent forcing them to side or front attack a losing battle. Hope this helps!
Thank you for the cool videos you keep making. This is also very informative, but there is an error in the Yor list. The Yor List only has 48 cards. Keep it up, you guys are really awesome
Thank you for the kind words! For the builds they are just sample lists so they fall a little short sometimes. You can just tech in any card of your choice!
Both premium sets have so much flavor and fun mechanics but are a pain to get ahold of if you don't buy a playset. The gameplay vids of Jotaro and MIH are both hilarious and manageable as well. Polnareff is a fun char too.
My two favorite CXCs from the set are the 3/2 Towa with the top-check Eren Titan CXC and the 3/2 Suisei featured on this list. The 3/2 Towa is slept on hard. It seems unassuming, but it's rare to hit less than two damage on the bottom deck mill thanks to the top check that happens before. Similarly, being able to bottom CXs with the CXC consistently wins me matches. And don't undercut the mill itself; its an easy way to assure an unblockable damage. The entire package is low cost and fits into a lot of different shells. Highly recommended. The 3/2 Suisei is fucking bonkers. Having a modal CXC between the 0-cost exodia Ichika board breaker and the burn-2 Marine CXC that comes out very easily at lv2 is wild. If you can repeat the CXC twice in two or three turns, making sure to board break on one of the Suisei copies each time, your opponent will run out of resources, guaranteed. I cannot stress enough how fucking back breaking it is have a developed board completely destroyed by a 0-cost CXC and then get shot for two damage by the other Suisei(s), only to try to re-develop and stabilize and have a Suisei board break again. In my playgroup, there's someone who plays AoT and has the 3/2 Armin that gives global hexproof and is hexproof itself. Suisei completely dismantles their board every time. It's gotten to the point where people will scoop as soon as I put down two or more Suisei.
Someone I'd met at a con who regularly went to tournaments mentioned this was a really good deck to field with just 2 copies of the trial deck. I'm looking to do just that, any specifics using just the trial deck cards? Suggestions for singles I could buy to improve it? I've only dabbled in Weiss and found out about the Holo line recently. Thanks for the vid.
Yes, this trial is very powerful and you can play it with just 2 copies of the TD! As long as you combo pieces of the deck being the 0/0 Noel, 2/1 Flare, 3/2 Rushia, and 3/2 Marine the deck is extremely versatile. I'll just throw some examples per level Level 0: 0/0 500 power aqua that gets 3k if in center, 0/0 RR Kanata from 2nd booster, 0/0 500 power Reine rare from the 2nd booster, and the 0/0 1k Iroha rare from the 2nd booster. Level 1: The level 1 that comes in the trial deck is good but you can change it whatever other level 1 combo you want. The level 1 Miko RR standby combo is popular. Level 2: Add a Hachama Beam 2/1 backup. Level 3: You can add any tech level 3 but some considerations is the stock swap Matsuri, 3/2 Red Ayame 6k rare from the first set, 3/2 Watame from the TD that salvages climaxes, and 3/2 Aki Bodyguard from the first booster. Hope this helps!
@@ClimaxCombo Thanks for the response! My original goal was to make it a Marine focused deck, so I think I wanted to keep the lvl 3 Marine and Rushia combo, I'll check out prices and availability for the others you mentioned. I also removed the Flare that comboed with the vanilla Noel and will look to fill those slots. Not sure if I need to pay attention to specific color composition since I've seen it mentioned that Holo is very self-inclusive and can search itself. The Watame that salvages climaxes seems like a good addition, and I've seen that the lvl 0 Kanata might be the best one in the whole archetype so I'll likely try to pick that up. Thanks again.
@@Narutokun11 The set has a lot of tools to tutor/salvage whatever it needs. They have great level 0s in all colors so finding level 0s to fix ur color line up shouldnt be too hard!
Fascinating deck builds !Might build some of these when it comes to EN. Never would have thought of these lol. Currently running deck builds for each of the main characters (one for loid , yor and anya) . Tried to combine all 3 but that got messy rq
Thank you, we worked pretty hard on this one! The "standby" build and the budget deck are surprisngly good!! We would also love to see a full family level 3 build with the event lol.
so whats the last card? i built the deck on the simulator to test it out and i'm missing one card XD i double and triple checked all my ratios but it matches exactly what you have. it's 49 cards
We'd say the last slot can be any tech card of your choice! We recommend the new level 3 Ayame RR. Fish for a climax or another heal, pretty versatile.
Man how rare are go first/go second prs 💀 i opened like 5 boxes and didnt get it. The 0/0 yellow RR anya feels mandatory in any spy deck lol. I only pulled 2 😢
So normally you take damage by putting cards from the top of your deck to the clock. But 3/2 Aki and Denji will make it so they have to put cards from the bottom of their deck to the clock instead. It has good synergy with Denji's climax combo since anything they kill will go to the bottom of their deck instead of being reversed and going to waiting room at the end of the turn.
@@ClimaxCombo ahh i see that explains everything! thank you so much hehe. still learning how to play the game and adapting myself with denji/aki build since it seems like the easiest(?) and cheapest build among others u showed in the video
@@akidzul7748 Its a pretty simple and cheap deck. Just cheat out big stuff and swing! If you do like the set more and want to invest you can consider making a green deck with Level 3 Aki. Seems like the Aki builds are starting to become the most meta build for this set!
